I was talking with Nicole, April, Emily, and Presley in the corner of the backyard when I felt someone standing next to me and so I though it would be Jaxon.
"Are you done being an asshole" I said assuming Jaxon was gonna be standing there. But it wasn't him. In fact it was someone way hotter.
" I don't know what I did" the cute stranger said laughing holding his hands up in surrender.
"I'm sorry I thought you were Jaxon" I said my face turning red because of the embarrassment.
" It's okay I just came over her because you look really beautiful and I was wondering if I can get you a drink?"
" Well at least tell me your name mr.cutie" I said while smirking.... I might have been a little tipsy. And I might have stumbled backwards a bit almost falling.
"Conner and what's yours " he said while smiling at me and catching me so I didn't face plant.
" you just saved my life so of course you can get me a drink and your very handsome, emma" I said while giggling and staring at Conner's jawline. And then turning back to my friends " I'll see you guys later...maybe".
"Okay girlie" Nicole said.
"Don't forget about us" Emily said while smiling.
"You hurt her I'll kill you"April said to Conner. Presley just laughed.
" Okay okay calm down mama bear" I said to April re-facing Conner.
"I promise" Conner said.
I turned back to my girls and we hugged and exchanged 'love yous' before we left.
"So Emma you're a junior?" Conner said while we walked into the house for deinks.
"I-I-Indeed" I stuttered.
"Mt.brook?"
I shook my head. "Ashville, how about you?"
"Graduated" he said while opening the sliding glass door of the back porch.
" This year?"
"Yup"
I know someone who also graduated this year but thanks to the alcohol my memory was fuzzy.
