To put it in short terms, Santana is an openly gay princess and Brittany is openly bisexual worker at Santana's castle.

Santana wakes up one morning, just like every other morning. She's gotten quite used to this routine. Wake up, eat breakfast, annoy everyone whilst doing so. Santana wasn't a people person, she liked who she liked and wasn't afraid to tell anyone anything different. If she had a problem with you, you would know. Santana proceeded to get changed and went downstairs. She was walking to the dining hall and passed her brother Mateo and as she passed him he said
"New member of staff today" and when she heard this her first thought was 'great, another one for me to annoy'. However, this one was different...
As Santana got closer to the dining hall, she heard singing. She was immediately attracted to this voice. She turned the corner and noticed a tall blonde laying the table. Now it's no secret that Santana is gay. She made multiple headlines as she was the first openly gay princess in history. She might've been accepted by the public but she still hadn't been accepted by the people who mattered the most, her parents. They hadn't come to terms with Santana's sexuality and hated the fact that she was so open about it. They'd tried a few times to set her up with a prince that they knew through his parents but she wasn't interested in the slightest.
She was immediately attracted to her. Her long blonde hair, her long legs, her beautiful voice, everything about her was appealing to the princess. She also looked like she was around Santana's age. The blonde stopped singing and saw Santana and immediately blushed. She apologised immediately. Santana said to her
"No worries, let me introduce myself. I'm Santana."
"I'm Brittany."
