Mani and Keith ate their breakfast in silence until Mani decided to speak up

" Keith about what happened between us-

" Mani it's fine, I know you have feelings for Dinah and I love my man so let's just see this as us just being in a bad place together and we needed each other"

" Wont that complicate things for you and Jerome?"

" He'll understand dont worry and you need to stop being stubborn and tell Dinah how you feel about her"

" I feel sick, I think imma throw up" She rushes to the washroom and empties her breakfast into the toilet

" Hey are you okay, maybe its something that you ate" Keith says while rubbing her back

" Keith I missed my period-

" So you think you're pregnant"

" The last time we slept together we didnt use condoms so its possible" She rinses her mouth and walks pass him

" What can I do to help?"

" Go to the store and get me some pregnancy test"

" Sure" He grabs his keys and leaves

" If I'm pregnant this is gonna ruin my chance of being with Dinah. Why was I so stubborn" She drags her fingers through her hair when her phone rings

" Ms. Hamilton?"

" This is she"

" This is nurse Whyte, I'm calling to tell you that your daughter is awake"

" Oh thank God, please tell her that her mom and dad are on their way"

" Okay Ms. Hamilton" The call ends

So she called Keith and told him to meet her at the hospital. When she had arrived Roxy was already there and they were talking and laughing at random things

"Hey baby"

" Mom"

" Oh baby I was so scared. I thought I was gonna lose you" She pulls her into her arms.

" Please dont cry mom" She wipes her tears

" Hey baby" Keith pecks her head

" Hi daddy"

" Mom so you and Dinah finally got it on, I see that hickey on your neck" She smirks

" Uh sweetie I'm gonna ask the doctor when you will be able to go home"

" You dont have to feel bad about it mom, and where is Dinah I wanna thank her for saving me"

" I'll let her know you wanna see her" She kisses her forehead and leaves

" Ill go talk to the doctor as well" Keith says as he leaves as well

Dinah enters the room

" You want me to leave?"

" No you dont have to"

" Hey baby girl how are you feeling?"

" I'm still in a bit of pain but I'm thankful to be alive and it's all thanks to you both"

" Mainly Roxy here she is one who was able to lead us to Nate"

" Thank you once again and I think you should make your move on my mom. Trust me she likes you she is just being stubborn"

" Thanks for the heads up, I'll leave you two alone" She gives her a hug and leaves the room

" Thank you so much for everything you did for me Roxy"

" I just want you to know that I'll always be by your side"

Kierra was about to kiss Roxy on her cheek but she turned her face and their lips meet instead

" I'm sorry"

" You dont have to apologize baby, I love the way your lips felt"

Kierra begins to cry

" Hey baby girl what's wrong?"

" I had a miscarriage, the torture from Nate, it was too much so my unborn couldn't survive that. I hate him so much"

" I'm so sorry baby" Roxy pulls her into her arms as she tries to sooth the girl. " Its gonna be okay"

" Promise me that you will never hurt me like that"

" I will never do anything to make you cry baby I hate it when you cry"

" I like you Roxy but I'm scared"

" I will never hurt you I promise"

Mani watches their interaction from outside and smiles

" I got the strips" Keith says holding three boxes up in his hands

" What are the strips about?" The blonde walks up to them. " Pregnancy test, I see, you're pregnant?"

" No, I dont know for sure unless I take the test"

" Who have you been running around with"

" I havent been running around with anyone I'm not a whore"

" You've been giving me  such a hard time and now you're pregnant with someone else's kid"

" I dont know for sure if I'm pregnant"

" Just allow her to take the test Dinah and you should consider hearing her out instead of just bashing her, let's get this over with Mani, we can use the washroom" He grabs a hold of her hand as they walk away

" Wait a minute, she slept with her ex husband. How can I be so stupid, maybe she is not even gay" She punches the wall
