I Can Never

Frieza's P.O.V.:

I sighed as I sat there and thought about Freya. She's... The only woman that can make me feel this way. She's the only wife I can accept. She's the only one... I'll let into this life of mine.

Ah damnit. I hit my fist on the control panel. Suddenly a video message popped out. It's from her.

"Frieza... Please let me go. Please. If you really claim you love me you will. Because you can't make me truly happy with what you're doing." She pleaded.

"How many times do I have to tell you Freya? No! I won't change my mind now that you're in my grasp now. I have everything I could ever want. Now that you're here... We can be a family again." I explained.

"I'll try my best to get out of this ship Frieza. And when I do I will never come back." She stated before ending it. After my work I got up and went to the room we spent our night.

She was still there. But it looked like she already made quite an effort to get out. There was a dented wall and it looked like it's about to give up.

"Freya... Please stop. Accept the fact that you're in my life again. You do love me right? You broke up with him because of me right?" I asked her wanting to embrace her and make love to her again.

"Frieza... My feelings never changed. My heart is yours but my mind is dedicated to making sure the universe is safe from the likes of you." She sneered. Which she never did before.

"I can never stop what I do. But neither can I stop the feelings I have for you. You being as strong as me I'd always wanted you to stay by my side and not the other side as my enemy." I sighed.

"Then you have to accept the fact I can never be your wife again. You can forget about it. And just fight me for it to be over with." She pointed a laser at me. Looking deep into her eyes... I know she can't do it. She had hesitation and tenderness in her eyes.

"Freya... You know you can't. And that's your weakness. You want me by your side and you know it. You want me to always be there. And I'm offering you what you want." I told her as I held her hand and put it down gently.

"You're... You're right. I can't. Frieza... I love you too much to do it. But I also can never go back here." She said. I feel her hands roaming my body and I felt sensations again. I can't stop myself.

That moment turned more heated and action packed than I imagined. She made love to me as I wanted to make love to her. But it didn't change her mind a bit. She still got up and dressed up.

"Stay. Or else I will kill another planet... If that will keep you with me... Then I will keep myself behaved in a while." I said and she stopped to look at me.

"I will see that. I'll give you a month Frieza." She said and laid back with me to bed.

Freya's P.O.V.:

I snuggled back to bed and he kissed me on the lips. I cuddled with him. His kisses became more heated and fierce now. He made love to me more fiercely more than ever.

"Freya... I love you so much." He whispered and caressed me gently.
"Frieza... I love you too."

The next day he was working already when I woke up. I stayed in the room and was really bored when one of Frieza's men came in.

"My lady, Kuriza and Arctica is here." He informed me and I nodded with a smile. I stood and welcomed them.

"Mother! Did you have a good time?" Arctica asked me. I gave her a hug and made them sit with me. I smiled and blushed at her question.

"Well... Yes. Your father made me forget that I shouldn't be with him for just a night."
"I told you mother. Did it feel good?" She smiled and winked at me.

"But... I feel I can never get this family together again. I can consider this as a treat. What he does to my body is amazing. But... Unless he stops completely I can never go back to him as his wife."

"Mother... It doesn't matter if you come back to him or not. I just want you to be happy. Even for a night." She smiled and turned to Kuriza.

"Well... She's right mother. It doesn't matter to me either." My son smiled at me too. We hugged and they bid me goodbye after a few hours of talking.

That night Frieza came back and sat with me. He kissed me again and again.
"How was your day?" I asked as he undressed.
"Better now I'm back here with you. I dealt with several business deals and a few planets reviewed." He answered lazily. He touched his name and laid down.

"Sit up straight. I'll give you a massage." I smiled as he sat up and I started massaging him. His facial expression changed and it became more relaxed than usual.

"I wish it doesn't need to be this way Frieza." I said. Wrapping my arms around his waist.

"I'll find a way. You already gave me a chance. Before. And now... Another. I won't let it pass." He grinned and gave me a kiss.

"I hope for your success." I smiled and we laid down to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night. He was sound asleep. He looked so innocent.

Even if he's not.

The next day, he was off world. I was left thinking of what I should do. I mean he was doing his very best to change. I smiled. He was doing his best. But I can't help but think the what ifs. I sighed. I went to the library to calm myself down. I was in the middle of a very interesting book when I heard someone talking in the other room.

"Are you sure she won't notice?" A voice asked.
"Of course. That is if you're not a chatterbox this time and didn't let anything slip." Another said. I rose from my chair and decided to take a look.

I quietly got out of the library and pressed my ear against the door.

"Lord Frieza told us to keep this quiet. He doesn't want her to know we are going off world to kill a planet for him."

I gasped. I thought... Frieza gave up on his horrendous acts. Still... He's on this charade and he's not stopping. I heard the footsteps approach the door and I got inside the library again. I sat pretending I was reading the whole time.

I saw two minions get out and walked passed the library. I put the library back on the shelf and got out. I went to the basement of the mothership and I was surprised my own ship was still there. I operated the whole thing and sent a distress signal to my friends to receive the attack on the planet they were attacking. I knew what it was. I saw Frieza's planet reviews and the lowest was Licarium. He must be destroying that one.

My second in command Brussel, received the signal and told me he was going there with his fleet. It's time to leave him now. I got off marched straight to his room. I plan to at least tell him I will leave.

I wrote a letter to him;

Frieza,

     I know what you've been doing behind my back. But don't worry. I have my best soldiers to intercept your attacks on planet Licarium. Don't bother looking for me anymore. You can kiss your chance goodbye.

I left the note on his office desk and prepared to leave. I need to leave this situation because I just realized I can never stake the safety and peace of the universe for my own selfishness.
