(Jennie's P.O.V.)
"Why now? Why is it have to be now?" I muttered as I looked under my bed and searched under my pillow.
I rushed around my house, panicking a little because I'm getting late. "I hate this, if I foud my phone I'll throw that shit" I mumbled
I'm looking for my phone, I misplaced it somewhere. And why is it have to be now? When I'm in a hurry
Fucking hell, I'm late. I still have 15 minutes and the drive will take for 10 minutes. I went downstairs and searched in some drawers
Then I jumped when I heard a ring. It was coming from my kitchen "Aish~ there you are..." I mumbled when I saw my phone in the drawer
I looked at the name I.D. I quickly answered it "Hi, mom." I greeted as I settled my phone between my ear and shoulders as I went back to my living room
"Hi sweetie! I miss you!" I heard her from the line. I smiled softly as I took my stuff from the coffee table
"Hi mom, I miss you too." I said truthfully. I miss her too, it's been 6 months since I moved here in Seoul
"Do you really have to move?" I sighed this is for the 12th time that she asked that. I smiled
"Yes mom, this is my dream. I'm doing this not just for me, but for you guys too" I said sincerely as I took my car keys and went out of my house
"Well..." I heard my mom sighed "... okay, darling. Just please be careful. Arraseo?" She said
I chuckled and nodded, even though she can't see me. "Ye, Eomma." I said "Mom, I need to go. I'm already late." I said
"Oh yes yes! Sorry, take care honey! Love you!" She said. Which made me smile wider
"I love you too, mom. Bye" I said and ended the call. I started my engine and drove off.
It's my first day here at the university yet, I'm late. Aish~ I hate this. "Come on..." I mumbled as I saw the traffic
Then I heard my phone ringing, I took my phone from my side. I answered it without looking who was calling
"Yeoboseyo?" I said as I settled it between my shoulder and ear, again. And started to drive again
"Ppoong! Hi Jenduek!" I heard my best friend's voice from the other side. I smiled hearing her after a few months
"Hey, Unnie. I miss you" I said honestly. I heard a chuckle from the other line
"I miss you to, Jenduek! But don't worry! Next week I'll be staying there!" She said excitedly
"Oh, why?" I asked boringly, I just want to tease her a bit.
"Okay, I can hear the sarcasm there. Well, Jenduek, Auntie asked me to stay with you, so I agreed" Jisoo said
"And, I can't live far away from you. We've been together since we were not even made! Sooo... I want to be there" She said
"Well, how about your job there, Jisoo? I know thatbyou love your job." I told her, not wanting her to leave her job for me
"Jenduek, being a lawyer is easy to change places. Don't worry." She reassured. I sighed
"Unnie, I don't want you to leave your job just because of me" I said
"Aiiish~ Manduek, I'm there lawyer. If they want a hearing, they'll adjust for me." She said with a hint of cockiness
"And... That is Seoul! I can find more cases than here. Come ooooon, Jennie." She groaned with a baby voice
