this one is dedicated to my grandmother.
You are everywhere for me
even when you're not here.
I see you in the kids playing happily in the meadow
I see you in the wrinkles around my mothers tired eyes and the worn-out bodies of the workers
I hear you whisper in the wind and feel you when the rain smacks against the tree-tops
I smell you when the fire is starting and see your face in the ashes.
You are everywhere
even though you are not here anymore
I will never forget you.
