*The losers club is not grown up in this Oneshot*

Richie was paralyzed to the spot, feeling a stabbing pain in his chest as he looked at his best friend laying on the ground, who was sobbing in pain. His hands covered the strong bleeding wound on his stomach no one seemed to notice yet, except Richie.
The colour from Richie's face quickly drained,
Standing for what felt like hours as his legs almost gave way beneath him.
His heart began to hammer against his chest, and he was hardly breathing.
The room was filled with screams, and a powerful smell was in the air, a scent of blood and sweat until suddenly there was a complete silence, followed by heavy breaths.
It was not until Bill screamed Eddie's name, that Richie was able to move, sprinting towards his best friend.
,,Eddie!'' Richie screamed, as he lifted the smaller boys head up, pulling him closer to keep him from getting unconscious.
He looked down at the wound, driving his eyes to water.
The other losers stood around them, panicking as they realised what happened.
,,Somebody call an ambulance!''
You could hear Mike scream, and shortly after, you could hear Stanley talking to someone on the phone, describing the accident and where they were.
Meanwhile, Richie continued to look into Eddie's doe eyes,
these beautiful eyes, that he got lost in so easily.
This time, he didn't.
Eddie gasped, trying to breathe steady which was almost impossible due his heart, which pounded inside his chest.
He started panicking like the others, but shortly after started to feel nothing as the only thing around him was complete darkness.
Richie held his breath, carefully shaking the smaller boy as more and more tears spilled over his cheeks.
Moans escaped his lips through the suppressed sound of hiccups,
And he hid his red face in Eddie's hair, quietly begging for him to wake up.
He started sobbing really bad, and flinched as he felt Bills hand on his shoulder.
,,Richie, h-his as-aspirator.''
Bill said, as Richie reached out for it, bringing it to Eddies lips quickly.
He pressed a few times, and a slow smile appeared on his face as the smaller boy under him slowly regained his consciousness.
Their eyes connected, fading out everything around them;
The others running around, waiting for the ambulance to arrive,
Heavy breaths, the sound of the old wooden floor
creaking with every step the others made.
It was just them.
Eddie smiled slightly, reaching out for Richie's hand which he squeezed slightly.
A smile appeared on his face as he felt Richie's lips on his forehead,
Lightening his whole entire world up.
He craved Richie's touch,
The warm tingles he gave him by just touching his cold skin.
Oh, the incredible power of a kiss on the forehead.
A few tears were now rolling down his cheeks, as he looked into Eddie's eyes, but this time they weren't bright and warm as always.
They were cold, almost black.
This is were he remembered the amount of blood Eddie was loosing, and placed the smaller boys head on his lap, placing his hands onto Eddie's wound to apply more pressure.
The smaller boys shirt was covered in a lot of blood,
Making Richie feel dizzy.
,,Richie?'' Eddie whispered.
Richie's glance wandered from the wound to Eddies pale face, as he kept pressing onto the wound.
He felt the warm, red liquid on his hands, and swallowed hard, struggeling to concentrate on Eddie as the room around him began to spin.
,,Y-yeah Ed's?'' Richie swallowed, wiping away the sweat on his forehead but placing both of his hands on Eddies wound immediately after.
,,If...If I d-''
,,Don't say that Ed's! You'll be fine, you got to be fine Eddie!''
Richie's tears fell down from his cheeks, dropping onto the wooden floor.
,,The ambulance will be here any minute! You just have to stay with me, Eddie! Only a little longer.''
Richie placed one hand on Eddies cheek, caressing the boys tears away. He wasn't crying as much as Richie, but he cried.
Richie quickly turned around, to see Beverly, Mike, Stanley and Ben standing in a half-circle. They were crying, too.
Bill was outside, waiting for the ambulance.
Richie locked eyes with Beverly, whose eyes were red and puffy from crying. She held Bens hand, but shortly after turned away, crying onto Bens shoulder as her boyfriend held her close.
Richie never cried in front of the losers except Eddie,
Which was why they exactly knew how bad the situation was.
Eddie coughed, bringing Richie's attention back.
,,Look, you can't die, Eddie! Not yet! I need you!''
Richie leaned forward, placing his forehead on Eddies.
He took a deep breath, inhaling Eddies well-known scent he adored.
The scent of the smaller boys perfume he wore almost every day. It smelled like Lavender. Floral and sweet with balsamic undertones, yet mild and pleasant.
,,Eddie...before I met you, I never knew what it was like to be able to look at someone and smile for no reason.'' Richie burst out, biting his lower lip. He waited a few seconds for a reaction, but continued to speak as Eddie didn't answer.
,,You are my best frie-, Fuck. Eddie, you are more than just my best friend. You are my life.''
His eyes started to water, again. Eddie slightly smiled, placing his hand on his cheek to caress away Richie's tears this time.
He had never cried that much.
,,y-you are mine, too.'' His voice seemed so quiet and small,
But mostly broken.
Richie chuckled, shaking his head as he received questioning glances from the others.
,,No Eddie, you don't understand.'' He looked around the room, thinking about a way to put his feelings into words.
,,I love you Eddie.''
Richie's cheeks reddened, and his heart started beating faster than he ever expected it to. Yet, he felt relief.
Eddie wanted to jump up and hug Richie, kiss the freckles sprinkled across his cheeks and his nose and tell him he loved him too. He wanted to go home with him, and cuddle up to him in his bed until they both would fall asleep. He wanted to blush like the people in the books or in the movies, and he wanted to feel the butterflies in his stomach he felt every time he talked to Richie. He wanted to tell him that he loved him too. Wanted to tell him how he felt around Richie since they've met.
But the only thing he felt was pain and queasiness,  and he was struggling keeping his eyes opened.
,,Richie...''
The smaller boy whispered, his hand falling back onto his chest as he lost his strength. His breathing started to slow down, and his dried lips parted as he looked one last time into Richie's eyes,
Unable to speak out what he wanted to say for many years.
Richie's hopeful glance faded as Eddie gave him one last smile,
And closed his eyes, leaving the black haired boys heart shattered into thousands of pieces.
,,Where is the fucking ambulance?! What takes them so long?!'' Richie started to yell, with an undertone of anger and sadness in his voice.
Mike looked outside to see Bill still standing outside the house.
,,We'll carry him there.'' Mike's voice broke the silence, his footsteps followed shortly after.
He kneeled down next to the two, his brown eyes met Richie's, and without saying something he understood what Mike meant.
He carefully let Eddie go, and watched how Mike picked his love up, carrying him outside the old house. And again, seconds passed like hours. He looked at the blood that dried right where Eddie laid seconds ago, and thought about how he could've saved him.
Anger build up in him, and he clenched his fists. He wanted to smash something, wanted to break anything like his heart was broken.
He flinched as he felt Beverly's hand on his shoulder.
She looked extremely worried, her face was pale too, and she looked like she was about to cry again, although actually she never stopped.
,,Let's go. Eddie needs us, he needs you.''
She held out her hand, and helped Richie up as he took it.
They were the last ones to leave the house, but as soon as the were outside, they started to sprint after the others.

As they arrived at the hospital, Eddie was instantly sent to the surgical area. Richie tried to sneak in, but was kicked out by a nurse that caught him and send the losers into the waiting room.
An employee informed Eddies mother, who arrived at the hospital 20 minutes later.
Sonia, Eddies mother, walked past the children, with a glance full of disgust and anger, and didn't even bother talking to them.
But you could also see the sadness and fear she felt, as she ran towards the counter and asked the woman who was sitting behind it about Eddie.
You could see her face turning red, and her eyes started to fill with tears as the nurse stood up and walked towards Sonia. She snapped the nurses arm away, and jogged towards the losers. Her eyes were filled with rage, and her loud voice was soon after the only thing audible.
,,What did you do! It's all your fault! My poor Eddie, dead! Dead because of you all''
Richie couldn't move. The others flinched as Sonia screamed at the top of her lungs, threatening them all that she would get her revenge, that she would find them.
But Richie? He didn't move at all. His whole body froze, and his surroundings slowly faded out.  He heard Eddies laughter, and once again smelled Eddies scent. He saw Eddies face in front of him, and was starring into his big, brown doe eyes. He saw Eddies lips curled up in a smile, and all he wanted to do was kiss him right now. He wanted to kiss his freckles, and tell him how beautiful he was and how much he needed him. The next second, he stood next to Eddie at the quarry where they first met. With their bikes, they drove to Richie's house after that and Eddie told his mum he would stay over at Bill's house. That was the night Richie fell in love with Eddie.
A tear escaped from his eyes as Sonia snapped him back.
,,Stop acting like you care! It's all your fault!'' she screamed, as two male employees pulled her away, sitting her down on one of the benches as they tried to calm her down.
If the others wouldn't have rushed over and held Richie,
he would've fallen onto the ground. He tried to catch his breath as he cried into Stanley's shoulder, and shortly after the others were crying too. Richie wanted to scream, he wanted Eddie more than anything. He didn't knew what love felt like until he met Eddie. His parents never really cared for him and he had to grow up alone. Eddie was his only hope, the only person that made him truly happy. And now he was gone, forever.

I am so sorry for the bad ending guys! I was really tired as I wrote this one shot and I really wanted to finish it. I promise the next one will be better💕 Have a great day❤️
