I saw Zelena whistle to us, I nudged Chistery who had fallen asleep "Chist, c'mon she needs us" I flew over and landed on the courtyard just before Chistery had touched down "You've met my dear Circe and Chistery" I turned human and watched her carefully "You're working 'with' the witch?! But you offered to help us?" I folded my hands behind my back "offered, yes, actually help you? Not in my wildest dreams, who do you think attacked you first?" I grinned as Zelena filled with impressiveness "You actually believed her? Even after she defended my monkeys? That's just brilliant" I curtsied and glanced at Chistery not knowing what to do next and then it struck me "but that was all before you turned Raziel into a play mate for the munchkin" I saw Zelena smirking "you just keep getting better and better!" I tipped my hat and winked " Do let me get this straight, you abducted a child just have an apprentice? Who just so happens to be able to turn into a monkey? Right because that makes sense, oh wait, your from Oz, nothing makes sense" I gave a fake hurt expression "Circey's father just so happened to be one of my flying monkeys who had sex with a witch, nine months later out comes the baby and he returned to me. Once mommy dearest passed away, he took more and more time out so I went to town to find a little girl and a thief running away while her father tackles another monkey, so I knew there must be something special about her, she just turned out to be the best of both worlds, so 'yes' I 'abducted' her and in return she travels with me and cleans graffiti, simple enough agreement, right Circey?"
I nodded "no one got hurt and no one died, I see nothing wrong with the deal" The Queen was shocked "she took you from your home! Your friends! And now your doing things you probably don't even wanna do but your too afraid of her to decline" I shook my head "I'm perfectly happy burning you alive or turning you into a monkey? I haven't had her consent for that, I only had one friend. And living with a grandmother who hated your entire existence isn't a home" I gestured to Zelena "As you can see, she's perfectly happy with me, and she definitely will be when I take everything away from you!" I folded my arms gently as Regina stared at me harshly "Her plan, not mine, I plan to run off to a jungle outside of oz or the enchanted forest and become a flying monkey act for the locals" my words were laced with sarcasm, I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life but I was going to do it for me and no one else . I felt Chistery climbing up my arm and onto my back like a koala bear "Since when do you use sarcasm?" I tilted my head to Regina telling Zelena since Regina arrived "Since we left Oz, and then when Raziel died, I felt I needed to use it on someone heartless" Chistery clung on with his feet and started clapping behind my back "I'm not even sure the Wizard could save you now?" This has turned into a 'let's insult Regina' game which was fine by me, Chistery and I were having far too much fun with this for our own good

"Should I break out the spell book?" Zelena's face lit up with glee "of course, find something truly wicked" I smiled and walked away into a more secluded place of the castle "let's see what mama left me with"I placed the book on the floor and flicked the page "what about that one?" Chistery had climbed off my back and was sat opposite me, I'd come to a spell I used years ago, and didn't end well " it stops someone from being killed or hurt" a boy I loved from Oz had asked me to make him invincible, i cast the spell not expecting him to be turned into a scarecrow, he ran away freaking out and I never saw his soul again, but I heard he had poisoned himself and died. I didn't wish that fate on anyone else. Chistery could see I had a past with the spell "it went wrong?" I nodded "years ago, it turned my boyfriend into a scarecrow permanently, he killed himself out of shame" I didn't hear Zelena behind me "find anything?" I shook my head and flicked through the pages, I knew she'd say yes to the scarecrow but I wasn't willing to put the woman through this, so I lied "Nothing worthy of your sister"
I didn't realise 'the sister' was also behind me "Seriously? Resorting to books? That's useless, come with me and I'll teach you real magic. And then you don't have to be with the green jellybean over here" I knew if I said anything I'd be in trouble so I let Zelena handle her sister "and you're rude" I hid my amusement and watched the scene play out as Chistery acted like it was a tense game. Zelena suddenly turned to me "Feel like going over the rainbow again?" I grinned "Anything is better than staring death in the face" she waved her hand I was suddenly back in the emerald city, "Circey darling, you're looking a little green. why don't you go lie down?" I nodded and went to my bedroom and as soon as I touched the sheets, I passed out.
