Christmas is in eight days! Which is really just a week and a day. I am super pumped especially since I already bought presents for my Mom, Dad, Sister, Aunt Julie, Aunt Jenny, Aunt Bethany, Aunt Addy, Aunt Tara, Aunt Colleen, Aunt Lisa, and Aunt Mickey. Tonight I'm going to finish up shopping for my Uncles and Grandparents. I hope that they like their gifts because I spent nearly $2,000.00 already and have only $1,058.00 left in my bank account. But I'm not too worried about it though because on my 18th birthday my Mom signed off on a credit card for me, so everyone will be able to get their presents. Yesterday I removed all my clothes from my closet and towered them in the old shower in the basement. I used my closet as a place of storage to keep all my presents hidden from everyone. That way they can be super surprised when Christmas Day comes. Earlier this morning I even searched through my Dad's tool box in the garage and found a decent sized hammer. I used the hammer to create a hole in my closet wall. Then I would for sure have enough space to keep everything under wraps. At dinnertime my Mom prepared breakfast for dinner; me and my sister's favorite. We got to have pancakes and waffles! I kept thanking my Mom and Dad because I felt very grateful to them for making our favorite food and for giving birth to us. My sister easily gets overwhelmed when I began to speak excited and fast and loud. But it feels pretty good because I know that it's normal for a brother to annoy his sister.
