WORK When you join the community, you are expected to do your job. You are an important part of the community. If you are not doing your job, the community will fail. You may think that your 'not doing something' is no big deal, but it is. If you don't do it, who will?
If you do not keep up your work and have not given us a reason why beforehand you will be given a reminder, and then a strike. We will always be okay with members going on Hiatus, but you must inform us beforehand.
APPLYING When you apply you will fill out a form in google forms. You can have no more than two jobs at a time.
When you apply, please do not private message us, write on our message board, or any other abbreviations. If you believe your form has not been viewed, then you can private message us. This can only happen if it has been at least one week.
If you were not accepted on your first time filling out the form, you can refill out the form in two months. This is so everyone can get a chance to apply. Breaking this rule will be considered spamming. You will be put on the admin watchlist. Meaning you can not be accepted into the community.
ACCEPTANCE When you apply for a position you are NOT guaranteed to be accepted. We do not run on a first come, first serve basis but instead on your performance and potential. The acceptance of members is very strictly carried out.
If you are accepted you will get a follow from the account, and you will be private messaged a welcome package with basic rules to remember and a few surprises.
If you are not accepted we will reply to you that you have not been accepted. If you are not accepted please do not get upset. We cannot accept everyone, and we hope that you understand that. Please, do not harass any of the admins. If you do so, you will be put on the admin watch list which may lead to other consequences.
TEAM VALUES As a team, we have a list of values that we base our community off of. - Teamwork - Communication - Honesty - Trust These are the foundations of our community.
STRIKES Strikes are when you do not follow the rules. Before you get a strike you will get a warning. After your warning, you will get a strike. You can get up to three strikes before we have to let you go. If you get a strike you will be private messaged. You will be told what happened, and asked not to do it again. This is so that everyone follows the rules, unlike what happened last time in the community.
You can get a strike by doing the following things: - Cursing or using offensive language. - Being inactive without informing us. - Other things found irrelevant. You will be notified.
ADMINS The admins of the community try their best to be reasonable, and understanding. However, they know when to put their foot down and be struck. They decide what is best for the community, with your help of course. However, the final decisions are up to them as a team.
COMMUNICATION & TEAMWORK As a community communication is one of our most important aspects. Most communication will be done through Wattpad. However, depending on your position you may need other forms of communication.

As a community, we have a few rules. Members are NOT allowed to argue and fight with each other. People should not be turning against each other. It's childish and uncalled for. How can you hold the community together if you can't get along with your fellow community member?
LEAVING & RESIGNING When you leave the community please do not just stop being active. All you have to do is tell us beforehand. You don't have to tell us why (if you are uncomfortable). However, you will not be able to reapply for the community for a month, unless said otherwise. This is so everyone gets a chance to be a member.
Just remember that we can not guarantee your spot will be open when you get back. After you leave the spot becomes up for being grabbed by anyone.
APPLYING FOR HIATUS Before going on hiatus, you are supposed to apply for the same in the respective chapter. Failing to do so and being inactive for more than a week without informing us will result in a strike. After three weeks, your position will be taken down.
You only have to fill a form and it definitely will not take more than a minute. This is so that we do not have a huge load upon us about trying to figure out why someone is inactive and we hope you understand.
