prologue

Luna's dad had left her when she was starting out kindergarten. She watched as the little boys and girls had there dad's by their side all the time.

One day, she wanted to know where her daddy was, so she asked her mom.

"Mommy, where's my dad?" The question caught her mom off guard but she proceeded to go back to work and brushed Luna off.

"Somewhere Luna, somewhere, go finish watching Spongebob," And that was that.

She tried playing with her brother, but he never paid attention. She also knew her mom was a lost cause. So she sat down in a corner, and waited for somebody to ask her what was wrong.

Nobody did. And now she wishes she really had her daddy.
