Chapter 4: True Feelings

Austin's POV

'Man, she's cute. I have to ask her to be my girlfriend as soon as possible' I thought . 'Wait, I can ask her right now! Yes, great idea Austin!' I had a little party in my head.

"Becky!? I need to ask you something.  " I yelled trying to find her.

The party in my head stopped, when I suddenly saw something that shattered my heart into pieces. Alex and Becky were kissing.

"I-i didn't know you two had a relationship going o-on. " I muttered.

"Austin! He just asked me to be his girlfriend." Becky said.

"And you said, Yes?" I replied.

"Of course I said yes. I like him too. " she said turning her head towards Alex giving him a peck on the lips.

"Aren't you proud of me, Austin? I finally got a girlfriend before you did. " he said with a smirk on his face. I nodded.

"What were you going to asked me Austin?" Becky asked.

"Oh, um... do you need a ride ? But I see Alex can drive you to your house. " I mumbled.

"Do you need anything else, Austin? " Alex said.

"No just that. Goodnight. "

"Night. " They said at the same time.

I walked into my car and drove past the movie theater, and could see Alex and Becky were still there. Her hands on his neck and his hands on her waist. 'That should've been me' I thought. I kept staring at them and then Becky saw me. I turned around and acted like I wasn't staring and just continued driving.

Becky's POV

"What were you going to asked me Austin?" I asked.

"Oh, um... do you need a ride ? But I see Alex can drive you to your house. " Austin mumbled.

"Do you need anything else, Austin? " Alex said.

"No just that. Goodnight. "

"Night".

I could see Austin and had quite a sad face when he saw me and Alex kiss.  It hurt me seeing him sad

Oh no. Does he like me ?

Do I like him?

Becky, you just broke your best friends heart.

What have you done Becky?!

"I love you Becky." Alex whispered into my ear.

" I -i  love you too, Alex." I say with sadness in my voice.

"What's wrong? You seem sad." He said with a confused look.

"Nothing, everything's fine. " I say with a fake smile.  I give him a peck on the lips and then I see a car standing in the corner of my eye. I turn my head a bit and see that Austin was inside the car . he quickly turned his head and continued driving.

That was pretty creepy. 

And awkward.

Was he staring at us?

If he was , why?

He likes me.

What do I do?

Do I feel the same way?

I kept asking my self these questions as I walked to Alex's car.

------ Time skips by to later that night------

Austin's POV

I can't stop thinking of her. She's the only girl I've truly loved. But now she's my best friends girlfriend and I can't betray him. I guess I have to stop loving her for good. But I can't. Ugh. I have to sleep first. Tomorrow is the first day I go on tour. Oh no. My tour is with... Becky.
