Chapter 3: Kiss

Becky's POV

I was having so much fun until I almost fell, but I didn't. Austin asked us if we wanted to have a jet ski race. We agreed since someone returned a jet ski.

"On your mark, ready, get set,.... GO!" Austin yelled.

I started heading towards the big rock, turned around and headed towards the finish line. Unfortunately, I was in 2nd place which was pretty good. Austin got first place and Alex got third.

As a reward we headed to "Burger Shop" and ate there. During the next few weeks or so, I started hanging out more with the boys and was really fun. We went to the water park, theme park, beach, And even the museum.

Today, was the fourth time I was hanging out with them and decided to go to the theater and watch "The Fault in our Stars" It was really sad and emotional at some parts. We finished watching the movie and Austin had a million tissues on his lap and on the floor.

"Austin, calm down. It's ok..." I say.

"Ok." He replied with a big grin.

I walk out of the theater for a second because Alex had something to ask me.

"Hey Becky, Come. I need to ask you something." He whispered.

I walked up to him and he started talking.

"Ok.. Umm.. I don't know how to tell you this but your really cute and pretty and really nice and I just wanted to ask you if you wanted to ... be my.. girlfriend?" He asked it in a really sweet way and I could see his cheeks turn bright red when he said it.

"Well.. thanks. And your cute and sweet too and your really fun to have around and well my answer is... Sure! Why not?" I smiled.

He leaned close enough to me that our noses touched. I couldn't help but smile and blush. He leaned in more closer and suddenly. I felt his lips touch mine. It was the best day of my life I couldn't believe I was kissing the guy I liked more the past four weeks.

Austin's POV

Becky had left the theatre room and so did Alex. I went and see if they were still there but first I had to take a selfish at the theatre. :)

I took a look at the picture when I accidentally swiped left and saw a picture of me and Becky hanging out at the beach.

'Man, she's cute. I have to ask her to be my girlfriend as soon as possible' I thought . 'Wait, I can ask her right now! Yes, great idea Austin!' I had a little party in my head when I suddenly saw something that shattered my heart into pieces. Alex and Becky were kissing.
