Hi, I noticed that before I edited this book lots of people were commented saying that they could relate to some of the things Namjoon was feeling/doing and I just wanted to write a little (probably super long) note.

It's okay to feel sad and to cry. Crying doesn't show weakness, it's showing how long you've been strong for. If you are struggling with depression, self harm etc. then please get help. You don't have to go straight to a therapist, though that is one of the greatest things you can do. If you can't confide in talking to a person then find something that you can do as an outlet. For example, art, music, writing, going on walks, playing games, colouring etc.

If you can't do anything please find somebody that you trust and you can talk to. I'm always open if anybody wants to talk to me. Don't talk on here unless it's your only form of talking because I don't get notifications from wattpad messenger and I don't see that I have messages sometimes. You can contact me at any of these:
