"This is an astonishing offer, but we will have to decline." Allura gently bowed, her white hair dropping. "But thank you for the donation."

"Oh, but please," The queen smiled. Her tawny skin shining a bright hue of amber, matching her salmon blackened attire and her mellow diamond eyes. " I insist. After all," She motions towards the glistening golden city that towered above them. "You saved our planet, our home. How can I ever repay you? So please, join us."

__________

"You do realize you could have just said no, right?" Lance ran a quick hand through his hair, trying to make himself appear half decent.

"I tried that," Allura sighed, quickly changing from her paladin armor and into her signature dress. "And clearly It didn't work."

"Aw, don't be so glum." Coran beamed, leaping into the lounge room. "Think of it as a break."

"We don't need a break," Keith stepped inside of the room. His short colorless opaque hair was pulled into a half up/down style, leaving two tendrils to dangle in front of his ghostly face. "Do you think Zarkon is taking a break from conquering planets?"

"Damn, way to bring down the mood, Kogane."

"Lance, Language." Shiro shot the Cuban teen a sharp glare. "Anyway, just think of it as team bonding. We could definitely need some of that."

"But bonding sucks." Pidge slumped down into her swivel chair. Her short legs dangling. "I'd rather be on my computer."

"Why, so you can watch Porn?"

"Lance!" Shiro shouted once more at the Blue paladin, earning a quick giggle from Lance.

"Alright, alright, I'm sorry, can we just go down to the village and get this over with? Keith promised to show me how to do those Korean face masks."

"Whatever, let's just go," Shiro muttered, rolling his grey drabby eyes in the process.

"But I'm not ready!" Hunk's stalwart voice came booming into the crowded room as he toppled his way to the others. His heavy footsteps echoing off the ship's high walls. "I still have to eat my lunch!" He cried, carrying a bowl of space goo.

"Hunk, I'm sure that they will have food, now come on." Shiro stood up, walking towards the exit.

"But what if it's gross?" Hunk's eyes widen. "What if it's all icky and repugnant?"

"Hehe, repugnant." Lance chuckled. "Idubbbz reference."

Keith sighed, glancing over at Lance with a tired expression.

"Please stop with the memes, Lance."

"Ah, Lance smirked, wrapping an arm around Keith's waist. "You know you love it."

"No, I don't." Keith peered up, his violet eyes narrowing. "And now isn't the time."

"It's always time for memes!" Pidge shouted, her glasses catching the lights that suspended above them. "You go on Lance, and share those memes!"

"I don't share memes," Lance squinted his vast blue eyes at the small girl. "I steal them."

"Oh gaWd."

_____________

"Ah, it's a pleasure for the paladins of Voltron to be joining us." One of the queen's servants smiled. He was a short man. His eyes weren't as shiny and bold as the queens, but they were still a brilliant color. "Before we celebrate your triumph, we would like you all to meet someone special." The man led them into a large golden room. The smell of honeysuckle fluttered through the air. "Naka-Naka."

There was a large sofa in the center of the room, and in the middle stood a single chair, a tall lean woman sat upon that chair, wearing a murderous expression. "Naka-Naka," The servant placed a small round bowl of boiling liquid onto the small side table next to her. "The paladins of Voltron are here."

She slowly lifted her head. Her polished jaundiced-looking eyes stabbed daggers at the paladins.

"Paladins, welcome." She spoke at a level tone. "Please, take a seat."

They nonchalantly stepped into the large room, taking a seat on the comfy sofa. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you all. I've been dying for this moment my whole life."

"Wait, you know who we are?" Shiro rose a brow.

"Of Course," She nodded her head. Her thin bright hair slipping off her lank shoulders. "I've mostly been sitting on the edge of my seat just to meet you, Keith."

"What?" Keith glimpsed up. His eyes widening at the comment. "How do you know my name?"

"I know everything about you, Keith." Naka bowed her head. "Everything to your date of birth, through your sadistic childhood and your expedition of fighting Zarkon."

"My childhood wasn't sadistic." Keith hissed.

"And I know how you hide behind that strong attitude of yours. Attacking anyone who gets to close to your life because you're scared." Naka stretched her lips into a sinister smile, her sharp pointy teeth slicing her plump lips. "It's okay to admit of being afraid, Keith. I know how your terror level had increased when you went into foster care. How the Sato's treated you."

"Keith?" Lance peered down at the short boy next to him. A worried expression written across the Blue paladin's face.

"How Daichi abus-"We aren't talking about this." Keith shot Naka a deadly glare. His small hands formed tight fists.

"I'm not here to make you uncomfortable, Keith, I'm just trying to get you to express those picturesque emotions you had bottled up for many years." She folded her large palms across her lap, her long nails pressing together. "I can sense pain, Keith. And you're pain is so strong and so powerful that I sensed it across the universe from billions of miles away, all those years ago. And I've been waiting for your visit, so I can help you."

The room was silent. The faint sound of laughter and music from the radiant village filled the dense atmosphere.

"I don't need help," Keith spat. His gaze had lowered to his hands, watching them fidget in his lap. "Especially from you."
