among the crowded hallway that was buzzing full with people, there was a distinct head you can tell apart from the others, his fluffy hair that bounced whenever he took a light step, locks falling over his eyes and he had the urge to push them back but everytime he reached his hand to his head, he felt the soft cotton fabric of his beanie, that seemed to remind him everytime,
"hey, no touchie."

he dyed his black hair to a bright orange, and for some reason he wasn't called to the principal's office, but he was given occassional glances. and as months passed by, the bright orange dye began to slowly fade away to a soft tange orange. and he was too lazy to brush his hair so he just hid his messy hair behind his beanie.

ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce to you,

park jimin.

— to say park jimin was a nerd would be an understatement. neither was he good or bad at his studies. he was halfway in through his junior years of high school, and he could say for himself that he was going to get 'okay' grades.

but from a far glance most people would assume that he would be a nerd.

with a beanie plus his fluffy hair covering his eyes as he had earphones plugged in his little cauliflower shaped ears, he would stare down at those chemistry formulas, adjusting his reading glasses since they tended to fall down lower than the bridge of his nose.

why is he wearing a beanie you may ask?
(or not)

everybody has their secrets don't they?
ah, well from an outsider's ordinary eyesight, there wouldn't be any significant difference if they saw park jimin with a beanie or without it. nothing that sparked their attention. but if they were to stick by him through thick and thin, if you squinted your eyes hard enough at his beanie, whenever little jiminie would get nervous, (which would be rarely) you could see two little bumps poking through his beanie, moving around nervously.

cute, right?
lol, no.

at least not in jimin's eyesight. he had tried so hard to get rid of his hybrid parts, his two little ears that looked like little nubs that were poking up from his orange hair, the snowy white fluffy long fur with little splotches of orange and black that looked like it needed trimming. he even once considered chopping them up and selling them so he could get money for it.

and he was very close.

he remembered getting a small knife and staring at his left ear that was twitching every second with hatred, watching as it messed up his fluffy orange hair. his knuckles were beginning to turn white from gripping the handle of the knife so hard and all he saw was red for a split second and he felt a sharp pain in the same ear, dropping the knife to the floor that was covered in his blood.
