"Well be friends forever right?"

The blue headed child asks the blonde one and he nods. They hold hands walking towards home.

"Kise, welcome home. "

the blond's mother greeted him with a smile.

"Hi mom."

He said softly walking towards her.

"Made a new friend Kise?"

The boy nodded and sat on the chair of the kitchen.

"His name is Aominecchi. He is very nice."

He smiled softly thinking of his friend. But soon it faded.

"... But...."

"But?" She asked.

"But... He's a human...." He said lowering his head a bit feeling sad. The seven year old boy has never in his life had friends. And then suddenly he finds one... But he's a human... Why? Why a human? Why can't he be like Kise? Kise would be even pleased if he was a human himself.

The gentle woman smiled to him and put her hand on top of his head.

"Did you have fun with him?"

The boy nodded crying by now, he was sad he couldn't be normal like his friend. And he expected his mother to get angry with him. But she didnt. She has always been so kind and caring. His father was killed by some guys with suitcases. So he ran away with his mother to another city. They were safe by now, Kise was glad. But he yet missed his father dearly.

The woman kissed his forehead and wiped his tears.

"It's okay honey. You should be smiling, you got a friend now. You just have to be careful. I'll teach you all. You'll be just like one of them. You'll learn how to live with them. Be one of them."

He nodded again and looked to her.

"but what if he finds out mom..?"

She shook her head gently.

"It will be alright. If he's your friend, he will understand, he will learn to understand our nature"

-eleven years later-

"Aominecchi~~!"

A obvious voice yelled for the tall man. He groaned and turned around. He looked at the other and let a smirk grow on his usual irritated face.

"Ehh?? What's with that annoyed face Aominecchi~? You don't want to see me anymore??"

He asked making a sad puppy face.

The other sighed and smiled softly.

"... You're just too loud Kise." He said as pulled the other closer and kissed him.

"That was to shut your mouth Ryota"

he said with a smirk as Kise smiled like a dork and chuckled softly.

"If that is so, I will never stop talking unless you kiss me again~" he chuckled softly.

Aomine tucked his hands on his pockets and looked away. "How was your day?" He asked to the blonde.

Kise chuckled, he has been dating his human childhood friend for two years now and his lover still got embarrassed over kissing in public. The ghoul always thought it was adorable.

"My day was good. You?" He smiled more.

"Yeah... Fine.. So. Wanna go to my house later?"

Kisses smile faded a bit.
