Hogwarts

Percy POV

I woke up at 8 this morning, and luckily I did not have nightmares last night. James was sleeping next to me peacefully, it was really cute, he was in his Nemo PJs and had the tiniest snore I have ever heard. Then I realized that we are going to Hogwarts tomorrow, YAY!! I get up and pack all of my stuff and James's and head down for breakfast. Hmmm I wonder what we will be doing today? I wondered to myself. When I walked into the kitchen with James on my shoulder I sat down after greeting everyone and started eating. We finished and I asked Ginny to watch James and I went for a run. I ran all the way to a mountain, about 7 miles away, since I'm a demigod, I can run for a long time at a fast rate. I made it to the top and there was a lake, I decided to take a dip. I took off my shoes and shirt and hopped in. It was a deep lake, about 15 ft or deeper. I swam to to the bottom of the lake and had conversations with the fishes and some naiads in the lake. After a while he just sat at the bottom and started thinking, it probably was not a good idea, cause he worked really hard to put up the walls he has. He started thinking about Paul, his mom, and...Annabeth, Hazel, Piper, Jason, Leo, Frank...everyone. He could feel tears run down his face, even though he's under water. He knew he should not blame himself for their deaths, but deep inside he had a feeling it was his fault. He's been to distracted lately to think about all of this, but now that he has time he feels all the weight it has put on him, i felt like he was holding 10x the weight of the sky. After a while he decided to head back, when he got out of the water it looked like it was about 12 in the afternoon, so like lunch time. I dried myself off and then quickly ran back. When I got back it was about 12:30. When i walked in I  saw Ginny and Hermione on the floor playing with James, and Harry and Ron hanging on the couch. When Harry saw my he looked confused. "You took a short run, where did you run to?" He asked, I was confused, I thought I was gone for a pretty long time. "Um I ran to the mountain over there." I said pointing to the direction of the staircase. He looked at me surprised, probably because it was so far away, and apparently I was gone for not that long. I shrugged it off and went to go join Ginny and Hermione.

Time skip to tomorrow morning still gonna be Percy

We all had to wake up early for the train ride. We all ate dinner, and I packed a backpack with stuff for James on the train ride, because apparently its a 7 hour ride, absolute torture on my ADHD, hmmm wonder if James had ADHD and dyslexia, or powers, guess we will find out. We all ate dinner, then headed to the train station 9 1/3 with our trunks. We all said our goodbyes and promised to write, then boarded the train after putting away our trunks. People were giving me weird looked the entire time, and whispering to their friends and family's. I just ignored it and followed harry to their booth and sat down right as James started to cry, so I did the only thing that calms him down, i started to quietly sing so that the others could not hear, but Ginny next to me heard, and i heard a gasping coming from that direction. As soon as i started to sing the little guy stoped crying and I stoped and just rocked him, then looked up to see a shocked Ginny. I knew that I was bad bud I didn't know I was that bad. I whispered in her ear and asked if i was really that bad. She just looked at me like I was crazy, hmmm wonder why. "What?" I whispered "you are an AMA-ZHANG(HEHE) SINGER" she whispered-yelled. I just looked at her like she was crazy, i sound terrible, i only sing, because it calms me, not because I sound good, and so far only Ginny and Hermione knew that I sang. " are you kidding I'm terrible I whispered back. "No you aren't your a great singer." She said "Whatever"I said back not wanting to start an argument. I looked down at James and noticed him smiling. "Hey little dude, what you smiling about?" I asked him, he just responded with baby sounds, and a bigger smile, I just smile back and start talking and playing with him.
Time skip

After a while the trolly came by and the woman driving it just gave me an odd look but I didn't care, and ordered some candy, and saw James cry, so I fed him as well. After, me and the other boy ate multiple flavored jelly beans,  but I only ate the blue ones. He looked down to check on James as saw him sleeping, so he went back to the game. Time flew by and next thing you know we were changing into our robes. I changed James into his miniature robes, and I did the same as did the others. When we were done, we all went to carriages being black skeletal looking horses, I recognized as threshol, I'm probably going to call Nico horses. We got in and inside there were to bench type seats on either sides facing each other with velvet seats, and everything else was black. After about 10 we came into view and I gasped aloud at its beauty, I can imagine Annabeth rambling about the architecture in my ear. That thought made me sad, but i pushed it aside, and lifted James in a way so that he can see the castle. "Look bud thats going to be our new home for a while." He just giggles and looks at me, and I smile back chuckling. We arrive at the castle shortly afterwards, and I meet Minerva at the entrance. "Hello Minerva" I say "Hello Perseus" she greets back. "Percy, just percy, and this little guy is James." She nods then looks down at james  and smile while James smiles back. I say bye to the others and join Minerva walking to the great hall as she called it, and sit at the staff table next to a short stubby gray haired guy, with old people smell. "Hello, I'm Percy, I teach DADA and PE as well as the muggle fighting class." I greet he just looks at me confused, then a look of understanding. "Hello, I'm Slughorn, and not to be rude, but is that your child?" He askes "Yes sir, um my girlfriend...um...passed away though so here I am with little james here." I said "He just smiles at us and then    I notice that all the students have arrived, and that Harry and his friends have spotted me and I waves, and chuckled at their facial expressions. After Minervas speech she sorts the first years then surprises me by calling me up to get sorted. I walk up with james in my arms, and walk up to Minerva and hand James to her and mumble a thanks, then go down and place the hat on my head. I then hear it talk. "Hmmmm lets see... oh a teacher, oh its your kind, um courage defiant courage, and very loyal, would take a bullet for a person you just met, very very interesting indeed. Oh im sorry boy, but you have to let your walls down my boy." He said "um thats not a good idea." I said "Oh well I have to see your memories so I can place you." "Ok ok fine, but I'm warning you." I say "alright lets see..AHHHHHH GET ME OFF THIS BOY PLEAS GET ME OFF THIS IS TERRIBLE AHHHHHHHHHHHHH." He screamed, then Minerva said "Im sorry, but you have to sort him"she said "FINE GRIFFINDOR, JUST GET ME OFF THIS HEAD." He said while crying "HOW ARE YOU SANE, AND NOT DEAD" he said just as he was getting taken off my head. I looked at the shocked students faces, and went to Minerva, and got James and went to sit down. It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Then Minerva cleared her throat and made the announcement of me being the Griffindor head, and my classes, then started the feast. I kept seeing students stare at me while eating, especially when i went to sacrifice food to the gods, but ignored them.

Harry's POV

Harry was confused, very confused, I had so many questions. Percy was the new teacher? What did he go through?what did the hat mean by "his kind"? He's teaching three classes? How? After that all happened Mcgnagall gave another quick speech, then the feast began, an I turned open mouthed and stared at my friends, and they were a mirror of what I looked like. I closed my mouth and looked up at Percy, and saw him through food in a fire pit like he usually does and continue eating, and feeding James. I turned back to the other and continued eating. When we finished we all made our way to the dorms and went to bed. My only thought is that this is going to be an interesting year.
