The next day we all meet the company so that we could film out introduction video.

After we shot our introduction videos we went to check our rooms. It was nice there was a wardrobes, a king size bed, 2 bedside tables, a dresser and some other things.

Bang Si-hyuk: "you can move in any time even right now whatever you want its fine by me"
Amy: "thank you so much for everything and we will be moving in tomorrow"
Bang Si-hyuk: "your welcome also in 2 days we will be doing dance practice and I will need you to follow this workout everyday"

I try to do 2-3 sets of this routine 4-5 times a week.
- 1 minute plank
- 15 leg raises
- 15 raised leg crunches
- 15 side crunches (30 total)
- 15 bend extend ab tuck
- 30 second bicycle
- 30 knee to elbow plank
- 30 hip twists
Amy: "ok"
Bang Si-hyuk: "we will need a leader who acts like a leader here"
Jackson, Rodianne and Michelle: "Amy"
Bang Si-hyuk: "Amy do you want to be the leader?"

Bang Si-hyuk: "If you want you can stay here and watch BTS dance and if you want you can join them"

When we arrived to their dance room Bang Si-hyuk knocked on the door and then entered.
Bang Si-hyuk: "boys teach them some dance moves or something for me please"
namjoon: "of course sir"
As soon as the manager left Jimin walked up to Rodianne and took her hand.
Jimin: "come lets dance"
Suga and Taehyung came up to me and Amy and took our hands too. then we started to dance.
