Ch. 3

After Adrien had finished with his lessons for the day and the accompanying homework he looked to Plagg.

Plagg knew what Adrien was expecting and he knew the price of ignoring him would be a demotion to some second rate cheese. It wasn't worth it. 

"Alright, so you know that I was a 16-year-old kid who left home to do some adventuring. To tell the truth, I didn't want to. I know, I know, Big shocker I was lazy."

 Adrien faked a look of exaggerated surprise "What? I would never have thought you of all people were lazy!"

"Shut it kid, or you won't hear the rest of this story," Plagg said over Adrien's frenzied laughter.

Adrien slowly eased his hysterics and wiped away the tears on his face

"You know kid? I liked the ways of my village – my people, however, my parents being the brave adventurous warriors they were, insisted that I should experience the world a bit and if I still really wanted to, I could come back and settle down here at the village.

I wanted to whine and complain that it was unfair and I wanted to work in the fields like the rest of the lads. But alas, my teenage pride kept me from doing so. 

So like my mother and father asked, I began to prepare for my adventure. I planned to leave Sindhria and comeback in two years time to tell them that I hated the rest of the world. I was gonna head up to a colder, much more northern end of the world. It was SO COLD. Horrid! it makes my fur all prickly just thinking about it. Ughhh"

"I get it it was cold, move on"

"Yeah alright FINE, dont let me hear you complain about how you're cold EVER! Hmph" Plagg crossed his shoulders and turned around
