Edd's PoV:
Y/N had lift her knee, nailing me right in the crotch.
It hurt.
Bad.
As she push me down, I grabbed her hand, pulling her down with me.
We both landed with a thump.

As I looked up, she was on top of me, her face red.

She quickly got off, sticking her tongue out at me before turning to go help her friends.
That was.. weird..

-- time skip ~ obviously Eddy Ed and Edd won the fight. --

Y/N's PoV:
I stood in front of Kevin.
Nazz had gone straight home.

"Hold still."
I told him.

He sighed, doing as told.

I wiped the blood off his face, putting a small cotton pad on his face.

"And what about your glasses?"
I asked.

"Broken."
He sighed, tugging down the sleeves of his sweater.

"Well, get back home. Your mom is probably worried sick."

He nodded, hoping off the counter.
Kevin gave me a big hug.

"Thank you."
He said.

I hugged back, smiling.
"Don't worry about it."

I felt something on my head before Kevin let go.
"And stay out of trouble, okay? I don't want you to get more hurt."
He said as he hurried out the door.
"See ya tomorrow!"

I felt the top of my head, pulling down Kevin's red cap.
He loves this. Why did he give it me?
I'll give it back tomorrow.
I decided as I went upstairs.
Time for another sleepless night.

- next morning -
I quickly got ready, throwing on my normal outfit.
I stared in the mirror.
Ugly.
I thought.

My dad still wasn't home.
I was worried as I put my shoes on, putting my earbuds in as I walked out the door, gripping my backpack strap.
It was early, but that means I'll have more time to hang out with Kevin.
Speaking of Kev, I'm still wearing his hat..
I thought, fixing it into a more comfortable position.

Until I felt something hit the back of my head.
A rock? What the fuck?
I turned to see Edd and Eddy behind me, laughing.
I rolled my eyes, speeding my walking.
They, of course followed.

It ended up with me going in a dead run, them chasing after me.

"Rolf, other way!"
I said as I pushed passed him.
These kids bullied everyone.
Rolf gave me a confused look, until he saw the others.

I kept running until I got to the front of the school.
A hatless Kevin stood in the courtyard with the others, but I didn't see Nazz.

I walked up to him, pulling him under the school stairs.
"What?"
He asked.

"Lower your voice. It's the fucking idiots again."
I huffed.

"Ooh, okay."
He said, sounding annoyed.

"Where's Nazz? She's usually her by now."
I asked.

"She's sick. She's got the same flu Jimmy got."
He explained.

I nodded in understandment.

The bell rang.

"Ready for science class?"
He asked.

"No. I don't know who I'm gonna get as a partner."
I sighed.

"I know.."
Kevin sighed.
He seems.. jealous?

"Who?"
I asked excitedly. Maybe it was someone I liked.

"You'll see. Now let's get the class."

"Take your seats!"
The teacher hollered.

I sat down.
There was an empty seat next to me.
Maybe they're absent?
I thought, until I felt eyes on me.
It was Kevin.
Sadly, he was all the way across the room from me.
I fixed mi- well, his hat, waving at him.
He just smiled and gave me a thumbs up.

"Eddward, you're late again!"
The teacher growled.

No.
Please no.
I prayed as Edd rolled his eyes, walking towards me.
I kept my head down, just pretending to doodle in my notebook.
I heard the chair move.
"Hey, Y/N."
Edd purred teasingly.

"Hi, Double D."
I said calmly back.

If he was going to be my science partner for the year, I might as well be nice to him here.

"So, kids, today we'll be doing a partner activity this period. You and your partner will get with another team and pick a topic that is on the board to make a tiny presentation about."
The teacher explained.

Me and Kevin both looked at each other, smiling.
I looked over to see Edd staring at Eddy.
Eddy was paired with Marie.
No, nu-uh.
I got up as everyone started to stir, grabbing my notebook as I went over to Kevin.
He was with Ed, which I didn't care about.
Ed wad actually nice.

As I stopped in front of Kevin, I felt a hand grab my hood and pull me the other way.

"Double D, I swear to god-"
I began, until he let go.
I was faced to Eddy.

I felt someone shove me away from Edd, looking to see Marie.

"Hey, babe."
She purred, hanging onto his shoulder.

Great.

~ time skip ~

I was walking down the hallway.
We didn't even get an idea for the project down!
I was mad.
I glanced around, not seeing Kevin.
Huh, odd. He's never late for lunch.

Kevin's PoV:
I have a problem..
I thought, tugging my sleeves down.
I wish Nazz was here.
She'd know how to help me.

I sighed, until someone grabbed my arm harshly, dragging me into the boys' bathroom.
It was..
Edd?
The hell does he want?

"Alright, I want you to listen and listen good, nerd."
He growled, not moving his stone cold from me.

My heart started beating faster.

"You're staying away from Y/N for now on, got it?"
He said.

My eyes widened.
"What?! Why?!"
I said loudly.

"Because I said so. And if you don't, I'll hurt you."
He paused.
"And her. You wouldn't want your little girlfriend to get hurt, would ya?"
Edd smirked.

I can't let her get hurt..

"...fine."
I agreed, quietly.
It hurt to say that.
I felt a pain in my heart.

"Good."

Y/N's PoV;
I finally spotted Kevin leaving the bathroom.
I hurried up to him.
"Hey, Kev!"
I smiled.
He stared at me with guilt in his eyes, before turning and walking off.
...
What?
I stood where I was.
Did I upset him? What did I do?
I felt a pair of eyes on me.
Turning, I didn't see anyone.

Maybe I should leave Kevin alone for now..
