Wow me updating? what a concept
I've done it
Again
Hoping to find the right place
To change my perspective
And maybe that of others
To leave the grounds I am sanctioned to
And to find that of what is beyond me
To cast away elsewhere
Find the light
Or the dark,
Wherever my fate has decided me to go.
Whereas the pain of harmonious delusions fall to shambles,
And yet,
Rebuilt.
Uprisings occur
Where I do not control.
Lock me up
And chain me down
For I have seen what you cannot
I have seen the shadows
That dictate you and me;
That decide, time and time again,
Who does what, where, and why,
To give us something to call ourselves
Identify our future.
I have seen the shadows.
And I know you have too.
