Chapter 22

Hayes's pov

We got to the pool and I sat down in a chair. "ahh stop" matt said. "never!!" kylie said pushing matt closer to the edge of the pool. I got up and went to help kylie. I pushed him completely in the pool "haha thanks babe" she said and sat down in a chair."your welcome baby" I said and sat in her lap.

Her phone rang and I said 'Aaliyah👑'

She whispered in my ear " hayes get up I need to take this". I got up and let her up. she walked out to the hall. I could hear her yell.

"What do you mean he's missing are you sure he's not just playing with you." she yelled into the phone.

I heard Aaliyah yell back "I'm sure!! I got this note from the counter and I said 'I've got your boy now come get me kylie, xoxo steven'. Now I'm worried about who they're talking about.

Kylie walked back in with tears running down her face. "kylie who's missing, whats wrong" I asked. she just shook her head no. "tell me kylie" I demanded.

She moved over so everyone could see her. "I'm going back to NC (I know it should be Canada but ugh) to see Aaliyah. Shawn's missing!!" she got out.

"What!!" cam said.

"Yeah Aaliyah just called me and said her and shawn were playing in her room might i add home alone when he went down stairs to get some food but never came back up. she went down stairs to find him but she found a note instead.it said 'hey kylie I know your reading this and I want you to know that I have your boy shawn.so why dont you come get him,xoxo steven" she said while packing up her things from the pool.

"Well I'm coming too" I said. "no hayes i'll be fine" she said."no where ever you are then I'm there" I said.

"okay but I don't know how long i'll be there. I'm leaving at 10:00 so that gives you 20 minutes to get packed. guys I love you and i'll miss you but i'll be back once I get that bitch that got shawn" she said. "Bye love you two and call me when you get to your house" they said.

"but I'll be like 1:00 before that" kylie said."i will not go to sleep before I get a call" nash said."okay,bye love you" I said.

*after we get ready and packed*

"What's that" I asked as we started down the elevater. "um that's my license" she said. "what do you mean your only 14" I said.

"Well this is a hard case license that entitles me to drive like when my parents can't take me somewhere. I just never used it" she said. "okay" I said and kissed her lips. "what was that for" she asked.

"well that was for being as beautiful as always" I said and made her blush. the doors opened and we walked out to the parking lot.

"Oh it's over there" she said pointing over to a silver car. we walked over to it and she popped the trunk and we put our bags in there.

We got in the front seat and she turned it on. she plugged in 'cold hearted' by jack and jack and we were off!

"Never have I been the one to be brutally honest" I sang along. "ooh go hayes" kylie said. "thank you ,thank you" I said. "haha" she said.

"Do you gotta bae or nah" her phone rang. "would you click answer for me I think it's nash" she asked.

" oh being road safe are you now" I teased. "oh shut up" she said. I answered the phone and it came through the speakers and Nash's voice blasted.

N. hey are you in your car

K. yep what did you need

N. nothing I was just wondering where you were

K. we're pulling into the airport parking lot right now

N. okay I love you guys

K. love you too

N. if you need me down there just call me and I'll be down there in a snap

K. okay I think we'll be good but I will call you if I need anything

N. okay bye and make hayes drive if you need some sleep. he's actually good at that

H. hey I can hear you ya know

N. I know

K. okay well bye

N. bye

I pressed stop. "you can go a head and unplug that. I need help finding a spot to park" she said. I unplugged it and saw a spot. "ooh over there" I said. "k thanks babe" she said and pulled into the parking spot.

"Anything for you baby girl" I said and kissed her cheek. "you've been kissing me a lot lately, whats up" she asked.

"What so I can't kiss you" I asked. "of course you can I just was wondering since you've never done this before" she said. "well apparently I never saw what was right in front of me'' I said. "i love you hayes" she said. "I love you too" I said. "now lets get out of here and on a plane" she said undoing the do hicky and grabbing everything out of the car. we got out of the car and got our bags out.

*at the desk thingy*

"Excuse me when is the next flight to North Carolina" kylie asked. "that will be in 45 minutes but you'll need to be at the gate 15 before" the man said. "okay thank you" she said and we walked away.

We got through all the crap in the airport. "so do you want something to eat I'm starving" she asked. "yeah how about pop eyes" I said. "okay" she said.

We ate and got to the gate at 3 minutes before we board. they were already boarding so we got in line. we finally got on the plane and they had three seat rows so this guy who looked like Taylor sat by kylie. I sware he looked exactly like taylor.

"Hey taylor" I heard kylie say. "hey kylie I missed you" he said. "hey taylor" I said. "oh hey hayes I haven't seen you guys in a while. why are you coming to NC?" he asked

"U-um shawn is sorta missing" I said. "oh my god why didn't you tell me" he said. "well because the only person that knew was Aaliyah" kylie said. "oh I get it now" he said. "hahaha" we said. "well tell me when he come back" he said. "I will" kylie said then leaned back over to lay her head on my shoulder.
