You and Cole is going out the mall, when you're walking, you saw your friend from college, his name is Ethan.

"Hii Ethan!" you hugged him, "Oh, hi y/n. Long time no see!" he smiled hugging you back. After a couple seconds, you break the hug. "How are you Ethan?" you asked, "I'm fine, you?" he replied, "I'm great. What are you doing in the mall?" You asked, "Oh, I'm
just grabbing some coffee on starbucks. Wanna join?" he asked.
Then Cole fake coughed & you turn your head to him. "Oh yeah, Ethan meet Cole, Cole meet Ethan!" you said. "Nice to meet you dude, I'm y/n's friend from college!" Ethan said, giving his hand, "Sure. I'm y/n's 'boyfriend'" Cole replied coldly and shake Ethan's hands.

You fake coughed just to clear the tension, and everyone turn their head to you. "Anyway, let's go to starbucks," you said and everyone tagged along. When you enter the coffee shop, you smelled coffee that makes you want to get one. "Cole, Ethan, I'm gonna go buy a drink. Please take a seat." you said, and both of them took a seat.

"How do you met y/n?" Cole asked, "Oh, i met her at the welcome party on the first day of college" Ethan replied. "Do you have a connection with her or something?" Cole asked, "What do you mean?" Ethan said with a confused face. "Do you ever like her-" Cole said and he was interrupted by you, You came with two coffee and a chocolate chip. You gave the coffee to Cole and he said thanks. "Getting along are we?" You said smiling.
"What are you guys talking about before i came here, I heard you said 'Do you ever like her'" you ask Cole, "Oh yeah, We were just talking about Ariana Grande," Cole said. "Oh cool!" you said smiling.

After a long talk, You checked your phone and it said 7.48pm.
Then you said, "Ethan it was really great meeting you again, but sadly I have to go. It's getting late," "Oh sure, It's okay. Here's my phone number" Ethan said then you exchange number. "I'm gonna miss you so much!" You hugged Ethan, "I'm gonna miss you too!" Ethan said, kissing your cheek.
Then Cole fake coughed again, and he said, "Look, I dont wanna ruin anything but as you can see i'm a thirdwheel here. Ethan I know you like y/n, i can see it in your eyes. And yes, I'm jealous because she's my girlfriend. keyword on 'g i r l  f r i e n d'", "dude there's nothing to be jealous about. i like her but i don't like like her," Ethan replied and you and Ethan laughed. "Why?" Cole asked confused.
Ethan replied and laughs,
"Because, She's not a he"
