"Um...I'm okay, i just fell. You can go back to sleep now"
Dean nodded at Sam to go back to sleep then walked over to Cas
"What happened?"
"I was...Trying to go to the bathroom"
"Why? You are an Angel, you don't need to go to the bathroom?"
"Uh, well it's of....another matter."
Cas shifts his coat over his pants
"Okayyyyy?"
Dean kneels down to help Cas up and blushes and looks away when he sees what Cas was hiding
"Uh, Cas?"
"Yes Dean?"
"What happened?"
Cas looks to where Dean was pointing at and blushes
"Uh...I don't know. My pants suddenly got tight when I was reading a magazine"

"Uh..Cas, did you read my Busty Asian Beauties magazine?"
"Yes"
"Cas, you have a.......a thing ...called......a Boner and you can "take care" of that in the bathroom"

Dean pushes Cas into the bathroom while looking way, blushing then goes to kitchen to grab some food and get his mind of ..... Little Cas"

Dean was about to eat a slice of one of the many pies in the fridge when he heard....a voice.......from the bathroom

Dean contemplated whether to tell him what to do, tell Sam to do it, yell at him to figure it out because he physically and mentally can not talk to him about....this, or in his sexual part of his mind, to "help" him.
"Uh...ok Cas, I'll um talk you through this, ok?"
"Ok Dean"
"Ok..........just..uh open up your pants there and just....pull down your underwear a bit"
