Maia Servopoulou, just the age of 14, just moved to L.A from Canada. And she has a hidden secret she doesn't want anyone to know, not even her own mother. Maia had found out this power when she was just 4 years old, she could turn invisible. She had done it once when she had got upset and locked herself in the bathroom and became invisible. When she returned, her whole face had been messed up and she got to scared to face her mother. ' what if she sees me like this?' Maia had thought. But instead of going to her room she stayed in the bathroom for the remainder of the night.

Now Maia was 14, and was starting her high school year as a 9th grader. She was very scared someone would discover her secret and expose her. So she was careful to control her emotions so she wouldn't turn invisible. As her and her Mother were driving into the driveway of their home, Maia had looked around at the other houses. She quiet liked the home she was going to live in now, and as she got out of the car and her mother had unlocked the door, she got her things from the back seat and took it inside.

Once the moving truck got there, Maia and her mother set off to work to put the house together. Maia found her room and set on working in her room, while her mother worked on the kitchen. Maia had constructed her bed, made it, put up her desk and chair, plugged the lamp in, hung up all her clothes, put a pink fuzzy carpet down on the floor, and set her shoes under her bed. Her mother had put all the cup, plates, bowls, knives, spoons, forks, cooking pots and pans away and set on working on the living room. After 10 hours the house was put together and now Maia and her mother could enjoy a dinner.

After dinner Maia and her mother washed the dishes and put them away after drying them. Tomorrow was the first day of high school at Lee Brice High school.
" You should head up to bed, Maia" her mother said, she had the Grecian accent in her voice.
" Yes, mother." She said and headed up to bed.
As Maia walked up the stairs, shenfelt very nervous and wondered what the new school would be like. ' I hope the kids are nice..' she thought as she slipped on her pajamas in her room. As Maia laid down in bed, she looked out the window and had the perfect view of the moon, and felt as is everything was going to be okay.
