Chaeyoung was a hopeless romantic.

She spent days writing in a journal about feelings, about people, she could never say aloud. Her heart was just so vulnerable she needed to ease it with written letters.

Next thing she knew, she was drawing a profile of the most wanted man in her university, blinking like a lost puppy when he smiled at his friends from the other side of the cafeteria.

"Earth to Chaeyoung?"

The soft hearted book worm looked up at her own group of friends, a good mixture of personalities to balance her too dull lifestyle.

Jennie Kim, notorious for running the dean's car into a pilar and dating the most dangerous man on campus, Min Yoongi. Chaeyoung's best friend since grade school after throwing a bully's backpack in the sewage when they cut her hair for her.

Lalisa was a bright cheerleader for every sports team under the school's brand and maybe too bright for her own good. She brought joyous smiles wherever she walked and met the girls at a championship game afterparty.

Jisoo, the oldest of the bunch was an average student but with a cunning humor. But she's the oldest, her role is kind of set with that.

That left Chaeyoung— the bookworm. The quiet one with high academic stature and a triple major on file. She kept the girls in a loop and rarely made herself noticeable. She hears a lot about their squad on campus and it's a little sad to know people don't recognize them as four but three, her excluded.

She preferred it though.

"Hm?" The virgin haired girl smiled at blond Jennie who had her feet kicked on the table. "Yeah unnie?"

"Is Jimin that attractive?"

She blushed at the question closing her journal and opening a container of salad. "N-no.."

Jennie laughed. "You really out here crushing on playboy Park Jimin."

"He's not a playboy." Chaeyoung came to his defense unexpectedly, frowning at her group of friends. "He's just really friendly."

"You must be deluded." Jennie leaned forward. "He's bad news, Chaeng. Don't be fooled by his good looks."

Jisoo glanced over at his table, women cluttered on the side, his friends dwelling in conversation with everyone as they can. Yoongi was amongst them being one of their older friends, away from the girls and on his phone blankly. Jennie seemed quite unfazed by her boyfriend and looked at Chaeyoung.
