Chapter 17]

"Here are your keys ladies," the girl in the office says handing us each a key to our place. We are in apartment 11 in building 7 which is crazy. Our birthdays are June 7th and 11th so it makes it more special. We go to the actual apartment now and go in for the first time. Once you walk in there is a small hallway with a coat closet, to the left at the end of the hall is the kitchen and living room area. To the left is one bedroom and to the right it the other one. The bathrooms are inside the rooms which are amazing not that we will not use each other's bathroom all the time. After looking around and getting a game plan together we begin to bring stuff up. I took the room to the left and we had to rebuild all the furniture we brought. I stuck to my slight minimalistic style while Ella has more of a boho style.

It's about 11 pm and we've been working all day. We get our beds built and made along with our closets done and then we both crashed. The whole family stayed in our apartment it was cramped but like always we made it work.

2 days later

Ella and I are officially all settled in and her family went home soon after we finished everything just so they could get back. It's our first day on our own in a new state, kind of. Throughout this whole graduation and moving thin,g I haven't had much time to talk to Ethan so I decided to check his location to see where he was. Of course, he's at home and so is Grayson.

"Hey, Ell you want to go see the boys?"

"Um yes, why was that was a question?"

"Haha okay okay lets go," I say grabbing my keys.

It was a very random plan to go surprise them and we didn't think about our appearances, it's not cute. It was about a 15 min drive to their house and we decided to sneak in. we went around to the backyard where Ethan spends most of his time and there he was laying on his chair. I decided to go lay on the one next to him.

"It's so nice out isn't it," I say casually.

"Yeah it-"

He stops mid-sentence and shoots up to look at me. When he saw it was me he jumped over onto of me and kissing my face.

"Aww y'all are gross haha," Ella screams with the vlog camera in her hand.

E and I talk and mostly he kisses me before we go record gray's reaction to seeing Ella.

He was in the kitchen making brunch and when he turned his back to the dining area Ella ran in and sat down. He grabbed his bowl and walked to sit down at the table. At first, he didn't noticed but he asked if she could hand him a napkin and then it hit.

"Hey el baby will you give me a napkin please," he asks.

"Sure gray, here ya go," she says handing it to him.

"Wait el-"gray jumps literally over the table and tackles her to the ground. Ethan and I walk in and interrupt their moment. The boys were so happy and so were we it feels good to be back and this time it's permeant.
