We all knew at one point the current avengers would have to retire, and that's where they are now.
Peter Parker and his Fiancé Luna, Goddess of the Moon, Tides, Oceans and weather, now Peter is 25 and Luna is 23. Now they are the leaders of the Avengers however with Stark, Rogers, Romanoff, Thor, Banner and co are all out of the picture living there best lives, it's time for there kids to step up.
Tony and Pepper ended up having a little girl who is just as smart as her father and managed to manipulate his fathers work and create an iron man suit made out of a new metal Tony discovered on Titan called Pandemonium, it was a break through in scientific research. She goes by the name Agent Metal. They named her Kristi Stark.
Steve ended up settling down with Sharon and has passed on the super serum to his eldest son who adapted to it and also has these precognitive senses, however, his younger son was unlucky and the serum genes weren't passed to him but was amazing with computers and hacking. However he was too young to be part of the team for now. He goes by Captain Resolute as he is serious and unshakable and never gives up. They called him James Rogers.
Clint had a wife while being part of the Avengers anyway so his eldest daughter is now the new female Hawkeye. Her name is Kate Barton.
Bruce and Natasha ended up marrying and having 3 kids. There eldest, a girl, had the anger of her father but the mind of a spy from her mother. She is known as the Black Fox. Her name is Bailey Banner.
Thor and Lady Jane got married and had a beautiful Asgardian wedding, after his trouble with Hela. He had a beautiful little girl who took after his father and had long blonde hair and blue eyes. She was now a quarter god and could wield lightening just like her dad. They called her Madison.
Bucky Barnes found a girl while he had some down time in the London after the big battle. She had fire powers and Bucky loved the fact that she was badass. Steve loved being an uncle to his eldest son who is 17 and youngest daughter who is 10. He was strong like his father and had fire manipulation but he couldn't create it like his mum only control what was already around. His name was Beck Barnes.
Sam Wilson and his childhood best friend which no-one knew about had a single boy who ended up using his dad suit after being taught how to use it. He was the new Falcon. His name was Rhodey Wilson in memory of War Machine.
Wanda and Vision didn't have children and have lived a simple life together.
T'Challa and his queen has a Wakandan boy and girl, twins to be exact. Shuri managed to find a way to split the power of the black panther between both of them and gave them both suits. Called Malik and Nia
Cassie Lang followed in her dads footsteps and became Bee, she wanted to be like her dad and become Ant-Girl but Hank Pym wouldn't allow it.
Both Peter and Luna would take all these people under there wing. Are they both going to be able to control these teens or are the old timers going to be needed to help show some old fashioned techniques.
