"Why do you need me Rogers" I ask shyly, knowing that I don't like violence and I have social anxiety, I'm only asked for missions if it's completely necessary.
"We just do, it's a long trip to Wakanda to meet up with Bucky and T'Challa" he says and Nat, Sam, Wanda and Vision.
"Let's go I'll fly the jet" I huff not wanting to go.
"It will be okay" Wanda says trying to sooth me which works to a degree but still leads my mind astray.
I fly the jet and switch the visual panel of as we go through the Wakandan territory. The gorgeous city came into view and I land the jet close to the centre of the city.
I stand up and everyone waits for me to say something but it never comes. What do I need to say, they know we are here.
"(Y/N) your the pilot, you are the one to tell us to leave and make us disembark the plans" Steve tells me but I look at him and giggle, that's until I see he is being serious.
"Oh your serious? Really Steve? Your our Captain.." I say and he puts his hand on my shoulders.
"I'm only level 7, your level 9, now come let's meet the King and the fossil" he says chirpier and I nod but put my head down as I walk next to Rhodes and Banner, they are messing with each other and the king which makes me laugh.
"You must be King T'Challa, Princess Shuri? And James Buchanan Barnes aka Bucky" I say shaking each other there hands politely. However the King seems to be in some what of a frozen state.
After them having a long boring conversation about science and Visons mind stone and this guy Thanos who is stealing all of them I start to feel more confident.
"So" I say and they all snap there heads towards me.
"What?" Bruce looks at me and I smirk.
"If we are fighting this guy, your all going to need a bit of a boost" I smirk at them all making the people of the group like Rhodes, Barnes, and T'Challa to look confused.
"Oh I'm sorry I didn't explain what my powers were, I have this power augmentation kind of thing where I can enhance people's powers including mine own. I can enhance mine further than others but for Steve he now has enhanced strength I can turn that into super strength" I say and face Steve who nods at me and he looks stronger in seconds and then I do myself.
"You won't hurt me just do it" I say to him and he punches me. Along with my power augmentation I have immobility which means that I can't be moved, by anything. As he punches me he screams in pain as I just stay still.
"Okay so who's next" I ask and Black Panther steps forward.
"Me next I want to see what your able to do with my powers" he says and I walk round him studying him.
"You seem to have similar powers to the ones of Steve. An enhanced physique." I grab his shoulders and go be able to enhance people's powers I have to see the worse memory or worst fear and I have to feel there pain, with Nat and Steve and Wanda I've already seen it and felt it so it's normal to me now.
I put my hand on his shoulder, the pain isn't like anything I've felt before. This man right here has been through so much pain that it sends me to my knees.
"Alhhhhhhh" I scream as his memories hit me and it's strengthens him.
I fall to the floor before sending out a light making all of them gain the strength they need.
"Bloody hell" I say and sit up as they all look at me.
"Omg are you okay" T'Challa says getting down to me and helping me up.
"You've experienced so much pain" I say and he nods.
"Let's suit up" I say and wipe my tears walking out of the room.
"I'm sorry that you had to go through that"he says making me turn round to him.
"I don't have cool powers that give me super strength or speed, telekinesis or a weapon that only one worthy. I feel others pain to strengthen them for battle, I just ... I'm an avenger but I don't feel worthy enough to be a part of this team" I cry and put my arms around my body.
"You are every bit worthy, you help the team find there inner strength, Captain America punched you and you didn't move a muscle, you are amazing (Y/N)" he says making me smile slightly.
"Come it's time to fight my dear" he says grabbing my hand and pulling me up so I can put my shield uniform on.
"Let's go" I say walking out to the others who are all preparing for battle with there new found strength.
"Are you ready now" Shuri asks Vison and they begin. Bucky says something through the coms and a big boulder hits the upper atmosphere.
"You know if we make it out alive I'd like to take you to my home country for a drink" I smile at T'Challa who smiles widely at me.
