Many months later,
Sarah arched her back, laying down on the hospital bed as she was about to give birth to her child. Sarah screamed in pain.
Brendon held her hand, tight. "C'mon, babe, this will be over soon! Very soon we will be able to hold our baby".
Sarah squeezed her husband's hand even tighter with tears, Brendon cringed because he hated seeing his love in pain. "Ma'am, you're doing fantastic!" said the male doctor, "keep on pushing!" yelled the other female doctor from across the room.
Brendon held Sarah hand and went to kiss her cheek. "Get this thing out of me! cried Sarah. Brendon felt the nerve to laugh, Sarah turned her head around and looked at him dead in the eye. "Why are you laughing at me! You did this to me!" hissed Sarah.
Brendon thought she was adorable angry but didn't want to make her more mad. Sarah scrunched her face up in pain, and Brendon held her hand.
All of a sudden, Sarah was more calm and let go of Brendon's hand.
A beautiful cry was heard, then it turned two cries.
"Mr. And Mrs. Urie, you're now parents of twins. One handsome young boy and a beautiful baby girl" smiled the doctor, "Would the dad like to cut off the umbilical cords?".
Brendon felt a tear stream down his cheek, and he kissed Sarah. Sarah was crying as well. "You did it, babe" sobbed Brendon in happiness.
He saw his children for the first time both have black-brownish hair like him, big blue eyes like Sarah, and his big forehead. "You guys might hate me for that later in life.." laughed Brendon to himself, he cut off the umbilical cords.
Sarah need plenty of rest so she stayed sleeping on the hospital bed.
Brendon sat down on a rocking chair, both of his babies in each arm. He looked at both of them with such pride and happiness, he started humming a song.
He noticed that the girl started smiling.
Then the boy did too..
Brendon decided to sing " I can't help falling in love with you " by Elvis Presley.
The boy got closer to his chest, felt his father's warmth and smiled.
Spencer, Linda, Zack, Jake, and Kala came into the hospital room with teddy bears for the babies and yellow roses, her favorite.
They all went to hug Sarah and tell her congratulations.
" who would've known the crazy party animal, Brendon Boyd Urie would be sobbing over his newborn babies" teased Zack and Spencer.
Brendon rolled his eyes sarcastically and got up, let Sarah hold her babies.
"Oh my God! They're so adorable. The most beautiful things I've ever seen" she cried in joy, looking down at them.
Sarah handed her baby girl to Kala and Linda. Jake, Zack, and Spencer got to hold the baby boy.
"What's the name for the little munchkins?" Laughed Zack.
"Easy! Frank Sinatra Urie & Grace Urie" stated Brendon. Sarah looked at him, "that's adorable, we can name our daughter after your mother's name but my son is not gonna be named Frank Sinatr-" laughed Sarah but she was cut off by Brendon once again, "Billie Joel Urie?" asked Brendon.
Sarah gave him the look, "okay, okay, what about Steve?" Asked Brendon, "it's your brother's name and I know you look up to him alot".
"Steve & Grace Urie it is" smiled both.
Brendon kissed Sarah's hand.
