Intro✨

Valerie POV

Hey my name is Valerie and some people call me troubled but I'm not really troubled I just have really bad anger issues.

Me and my best friend, miyah, get bullied by this group of boys at our school. They've been bullying us since we started high school.

Right now I live with my aunt and my cousins because me and my mom don't really have a good relationship so I packed my shit and I left.

Miyah POV

I'm miyah and I'm really shy but I also have a short temper. Sometimes those stupid boys call me a "awkward deaf mute"  and sometimes it hurts my feelings.

I've never told anyone this but I've had a crush on coolie for a long time but I can't express my feelings towards him because he'll never date me.

I live with my mom but my dad isn't in the picture because he died before I was even 1 year old. I love my mom with all my heart but when I try to tell her that those boys are making me feel like nothing (no pun intended) she acts like it's I'm not even there. It just irritates me sometimes and that's the reason why me and Valerie are best friends, because we understand each other.

Valerie pov

Right now I'm on my to pick up miyah for school. I don't even know why we bother going to school of if the same thing is gonna keep happening to us, the boys are gonna keep messing with us. I really wanna fight them but jahseh got hands so I'm not even gonna bother.

After a few minutes of waiting for her to come out she jogged out of her house and got in the car.

"Sorry I'm late, me and my mom got a in a lil argument" she said.

"Y'all get in arguments every morning over the same stuff" I said while giggling.

"I know right"

I pulled out of the drive way and we headed to school.

We pulled to school and got out of the car. Usually we're kinda early so we stand by our lockers until it's time to go to class.

"Here comes the devils" miyah mumbled making me look towards the doors.

"Ugh, just try to ignore them" i said.

They walked over to us and knocked miyah's books out of her hand. She picked them up and looked at them like she was gonna hit one of them.

"Can you please stop doing that before-"

"Before you what? Tell your dad? Oh wait I forgot he not here" coolie said.

She looked him and tears started to form In here eyes and she let one tear fall before storming off to the bathroom.

"Come on coolie that was wrong" I shouted. He shrugged, laughed and walked off.

I went to the bathroom to find miyah.

"Miyah" I called. I could kinda hear her soft sobs.

I found the stall she was in and sat by the door.

"You alright" I asked.

"No, how could he say something like that? He's never taken it that far" she said.

"I know but you have to come from out of that stall" I said.

I heard her shuffling around a little bit before she unlocked the stall and came out. I got up and we walked out of the bathroom.

Ool pov

"You didn't have to take it that far coolie" I said.

"Well I did" he said nonchalantly.

"No for real, you need to apologize. That was evil as fuck" jah said.

"Why y'all acting like y'all don't do the same thing" he asked.

"Because we don't do all that you did. You just talked about her dead dad" I said.

"Whatever vro I'm not apologizing" he shrugged.

"Yes you are" ski said.

Coolie shrugged and proceeded to walk to class.

We all went to the class and I went up to Valerie.

"I'm sorry about what coolie said to miyah" I whispered to her.

"Yeah whatever" she said with all attitude.

I sighed and walked to my desk.

Miyah POV

I was in my room, laying on my bed and thinking until my mom came into my room.

"Baby someone is here to see you" she said softly.

I made a confused face and got out to my bed. I walked downstairs and I seen coolie standing the door.

"Hey um can I talk to you outside" he asked.

I looked at my mom before saying "um yeah"

We walked outside and he looked at me with sorrow in his eyes.

"I'm sorry for what I said about your dad, I realized that shit was foul as fuck and I'm truly sorry" he said. I looked at the ground and sighed.

"That really hurt me on another level Danny" I mumbled.

"I know and I'm really sorry" he said.

"It's okay but please just... don't bring him up at all" I said while looking at him.

"I won't, I promise. Pinky promise" he said while hold out his pinky and smiling. I chuckled at him and we crossed fingers.

"Well bye" he said.

"Bye" I said before going back into the house.

I went up to my room and watched tv for the rest of the day.
