Troy x Hostage!Reader [Your Superior]

"Do we have to keep her here?" Troy grunted. I scoffed and stared at him dead in the eyes as he had the audacity to give me a warning look. The sister also looked annoyed. Not necessarily at me—but at both her brother and I. "She keeps talking," Troy explained, his scowl deepening.

"You look constipated," I spat at him. He stood up from the couch he was sitting on and angrily approached me, seeming to have lost all his remaining patience. "You're not the one who's kidnapped here," I pointed out. I imagined me getting out of my seat to walk towards him, excepting his challenging stance. Unfortunately that wasn't something I could do considering I was currently tied to an uncomfortable wooden chair.

"Troy," Tyreen's voice warned, "I already explained this to you." Tyreen's reply was brusque and held little to no patience for her younger twin brother. "If she's getting under your skin that much, then duct tape her."

"She's not getting under my skin! I just appreciate some peace and quiet," he growled. "I don't understand why we had to do this in the first place. We had our army, we have our powers—we don't need a hostage, we can ambush them right now and they wouldn't expect a thing!"

"You underestimate them!" I raised my voice, my hands tightening into a fist, "They're stronger than you give them credit for. They've dealt with The Handsome Jack—they defeated The Warrior. They will stop you, therefore I have no reason to be petty enough to be afraid of you." I said, venom dripping out of me like a waterfall,

"You should be, you're stupid if you aren't," Troy said as he grabbed my cheeks roughly and made me look up at him. "I can't wait to see all that courage you have dissipate." With the way he was holding my face, my lips were pursed, probably making me look like a fish out of water.

"I do a lot of stupid things, but submitting won't be one of them," I said my final piece before my mouth was taped shut.

"We'll see about that."
