Sorry guys for all my hiatus'

I just get super insecure and depressed about my writing and my art, I see so many talented people drawing and writing for supersons and JonDami and I feel like I don't measure up

One of my good friends is a JonDami artist and she's soooo good and it's hard for me to ignore my feelings because I'm just so jealous

My books aren't getting as many reads as before, I mean the sequel to the omegaverse has been out for a while and only has like 4k whilst the original had almost 50k.

My ideas are getting boring and sloppy because I just can't keep up so I keep writing more books

And I feel like I can't write original stuff because no one will read it. People say they will but as soon as I post my original stories they at most get 100 reads.

I get it that people like fanfics more it just hurts? Yanno? And I know it's not good to keep dwelling on things but what can I do when I just keep practicing and practicing and I get no where.

No one even joins the contests I make, I want to be a popular author or artist. I want people to recognize my name that don't already know me irl, I've been on Wattpad for 5 years and I just hit 1k followers and I have over 100 books published, I wish I had more of a following but I'm soooooo happy and grateful to everyone that does follow me! I love you guys so much and you're the ones who keep me from stopping altogether. It just bothers me sometimes that people who write like one book and post it have thousands of subscribers and sometimes millions of reads but the book isn't even that different. I know it's not just purely luck and they most likely followed a formula for great book succession, but I wish people liked the weird things too. Don't get me wrong I love romance and fluff and angst but I wish people had appreciation for things that had wacky ideas.

Sorry if I totally brung down the mood I just wanted to give you guys a truthful explanation to why I hardly update anymore.
