A week has passed since then, i packed up my stuff in my old dark chocolate portmanteau.
Later Abigail came to my room and asked me if I'm ready to go. I walked out of the hospital with a bright smile and take a very long deep breath.
"Ahhh.. finally... the fresh air that doesn't smell like meds and sick people."
"Come and get in the car!" Abigail yelled at me.
I rushed into the car and put on my seat belt as what Abigail told me to. Few minutes in the ride, Abigail started up a conversation.
"Hey.. you really don't remember anything 'bout your past? even the one who were precious to you?" Abigail said.
"To be honest with you, i seriously don't remember a thing. But what weird is that i feel like there's something important is missing and i don't know what it is." I said.
She nodded her head and went silent. Judging from her reaction, i thought maybe she was just curious about my condition.
20 minutes had passed and we finally reached my apartment, i got off the car and grabbed my iconic portmanteau and when i got into my room, i saw lots of pictures on the wall. To satisfy my curiosity, i walked up close to the wall and have a good look at them.
There are i saw lots of pictures of me with a girl, it was mostly pictures of us together back in Indonesia i think.
"31-12-2017, Anna." was written on 1 picture, i guess it was the new year's eve.
My head starting to hurt so bad out of the blue, but it was just a quick hit.
"What's wrong Shane? are you alright?" Abigail questioned.
"I'm fine... just a little bit headache. Abby... who is she?" I pointed at the photograph.
Abigail told me to sit down and listen carefully.
"Shane.. that girl in the picture is Anna, she's your girlfriend Shane. She has been missing since the day you got into the hospital, both me and your mom had filed a report. The police wanted to question you but we told them to wait until you fully recover. Don't you remember what happened Shane? Do you even remember her?" Abigail stated.
My girlfriend? Anna?
I sat there clammed up. I didn't know what to say, all i could think about is "Who is Anna."
A sudden hit strike my head, i felt all dizzy and the last thing i saw was Abigail looking at me.
