The Trip

Hi my name is Jacey and at my school every year the juniors go on this trip to Washington. There is about 80 kids chosen. So in sophomore year I applied and got in so did my best friend Ivy. We had to pick partners and Ivy was mine. We also got groups and 2 other people we would be sharing a room with.

Every Monday we would have to go to these meetings to talk about what we are doing and random shit like that soo. That's all the information you'll need to know for now

Ivy hurry your ass up we're going to be late. I yelled into the phone quickly walking to the meeting. You know I'll be lonely if you're not their and I don't like to socialize.

I'm coming stop yelling at me. She says hanging up

The meeting started and we were going over the museums that we were going to. The security guard knocks on the door and asks for a student named Woody. They leave as they leave I turn back around and see a boy. A really cute boy. I gently brush it off and finish the meeting.

While walking home that day I can't stop thinking about him. When I get home I hurry to my yearbook from last year and look for him( I'm not a stalker just curious). Jabez  his name is Jabez .

I text my friend Cadey that I think someones cute and they follow her on Instagram. In three tries she gets it.

The next couple of weeks I see him sometimes around school but he looks like a fuck boy and I try to tell myself not to get attached.

I can't stop thinking about who I'm going to sit next to on the plane. Jabez's last name is close to mine what am I going to do if I have to sit next to him.
