while i was stargazing outside, i recieved a message from someone, so i checked my phone to see that it was from yao chi.

i hid my phone inside my pocket after that conversation that i had with him, and chen tao just called me right after i did this.

“wei-jie, it's already 11:11 pm—” i suddenly lost consciousness, and then everything went black. the last thing i heard is chen tao shouting my name, and to wake up.

↪9 hours later↩

i woke up inside my room, with the boys’ noises as i try to process why i was here instead of outside, and alone even though i was with chen tao-didi last night.

just then, the door opened that produced a loud ‘bang!’, revealing tao-didi and another guy that i don't know.

“wei-jie! you're awake, how did this happen?!” he said almost hysterically, and checking me out, “what's aching in you?” he asked again, so i looked at him confusingly.

suddenly, the other guy spoke, “nihao, i'm wang zhe. the doctor told me that you almost died.” he bluntly informed me, making me shout a ‘wHAT?!’ and get up that tao-didi almost fell and i had to apologize.

“wang zhe! you didn't have to scare her like that.” i mouthed an ‘it's okay’ to him and the expressionless guy spoke again, “sorry, i'm just telling the truth.”

another guy went inside, i think he's just around my age—wait, he knows wenxuan? he's with him.

the other guy asked, “what's with the commotion, guys? i was sleeping.” it's too obvious, i mean, he's yawning right now.

“chaoyuan-ge, she lost consciousness.” tao-didi answered, worried. suddenly, wenxuan got in front of me while lightly shaking my shoulders, making me face him.

“goodness gracious! xingxing, is everything alright?!” i nodded, then yanked away his hand because it was really sudden for this kind of action. he must be very worried.

“guys, ges, i'm fine, okay? there's nothing to be worried—”

i was interrupted with another ‘bang!’ on the door making me facepalm mentally. ‘goodness, do they even know how to kno—’
