Well, because this book is more important than my wattpad diary. Less people are interested in those, unless they are a follower. This is an important message that needs to be spread!
Article 13 is spreading already! It still hasn't been announced as law, but the word needs to be spread! There is no possible way to call and ask the creator of a character if you can use them for a book. Fanfiction IS NOT something that should be copyrighted! It isn't fanfiction if you don't use characters that are not yours.
