Chapter- 20

Song for the chapter " what a time" by Julia Michaels and Niall Horan. It's one of my favourite song, these days hope you like it enjoy.

I came in the evening after attending my college, I was so tired and exhausted. so, I decided to take a long warm bath which helped me to relax. I was deadly hungry so, I ordered a pizza, I was not in a mood and I also didn't have the energy to cook.

I was enjoying my pizza while watching TV I put the news channel, I am not so fond of watching the news but something I do watch it.

It increases our knowledge by knowing what is happening around us but it looks like my luck is not with me.

I saw him the person who is haunting me in my dreams, the person whom I am missing a lot.

Then I read the headlines the young billionaire and CEO of the knight's industry Richard knight was spotted with Hayley Thomas his ex-finance.

It looks like they have patched their relationship. as we spotted them in a cafe and they both were looking very cosy and close.

There were pictures in which Richard's hand was on Hayley's waist. I was so zoned in the news that I didn't realise I was tasting salt, then I realised I was crying and the taste of salt was coming from my tears.

"You were missing him, you were regretting not giving him the chance to explain. look he hurt you again and you are making fool of yourself by crying for the person who doesn't even care for you, stop fooling yourself," my subconscious scolded me.

Flashback:

My goodness, I never thought someone can look so beautiful in PJ's. I turned my head to see Richard.  Richard,  I almost yelled, "shh baby, we should not disturb uncle and aunt sleep", he said.

Care,  to explain to me what are you doing at my house at 11:00 pm in the night and how the hell you entered my house and in my room, are you mad?

"Baby stop your rapid-fire alright" the first question goes first so the answer for your question is I was missing my g.f at  11:00  pm at night that I couldn't sleep.

Answer for your second question is I managed to enter the main gate and then climbed the window to come to your room and indeed I am mad but only for you, he said making me roll my eyes.

Seriously, Richard what an amazing time you have chosen for being, Romeo and "baby you know the perfect time how to spoil a romantic moment" he fireback.

Richard... I know what you want to say that my parents must be worried about me no they won't be worried as I have already informed them. I  won't be coming home tonight as I am staying at my friend's place.

So, let's just enjoy this moment, I have brought my pen drive we can watch avengers infinity war. I know you love marvel movies he said.

I was stunned he knows so much about me and I was so happy that he is in my life and makes me feel special.

We watched a movie by enjoying it with popcorn and coke which Richard had brought with him, he had come with so much planning.

After watching the movie we decided to sleep. I told him that we can share the bed but he said that he is fine by sleeping on the sofa.

I smiled, remembering the words he said to convinced me "baby I don't want to disturb your privacy and your happiness and comfort is my first priority."

I will always cherish you and treat you like a queen because you deserve it not only you are beautiful by looks but also by your heart.

I tried my best not to cry what else a girl can wish for a boyfriend who treats her nicely respect her and surprise her by giving beautiful moments.

I was sleeping when I felt a kiss on my forehead it was Richard. "Baby you don't know how important you are in my life".

I can't even think living without you, no one makes me feel the way I feel for you. no one can take your place in my life, Veronica.

He lied, I was never enough for him, all his words were lies. he didn't mean any of those words, he just said it, to make me happy. Why Richard, why you are hurting me again and again.
