Chapter 14

Niall POV

I didn't know what to do. I missed Megan, but then I hated her. I hated Harry too. Zayn came over a little bit later and chilled with me.

"What's up?", he asked.

I shrugged.

"This is getting really old".

I looked at him in confusion.

"You have been moping about Megan forever".

"I'm sorry that she hurt me".

"Yeah, yeah. We know that she hurt you. We know that they both did, but that's no reason to stop your life completely. Yeah, you guys were in love. Yeah, you guys were almost the perfect couple, but you have got to get over her".

I just stared at him as he kept talking.

"I agreed with you for a little bit when you were angry with them, but when you let your problem with them come between the band, that's where I draw the line. I'm not saying that you have to just be all nice to them again. But, when you asked Harry to leave yesterday, that hurt him. This is about our music, our fans. If they find out that there's a problem between us, we'll never hear the end of it".

"I'm sorry. I didn't realize that I was being so mean. Are you the only person who thinks this?"

He shook his head.

"All of us do. Liam said that you should know something, but he wouldn't tell us what it was. You can be pissed at Harry when it's just us, but when it's all of us together, you need to be nice. Can you do that, Niall?"

"Yeah, I can. When's the next time that we record?"

"Tomorrow. Harry is recording his part right now so there wouldn't be any conflict with you".

Crap. I need to get to the recording studio.

"I'll be back", I said to Zayn and rushed to my car.

Harry POV

None of the boys were here, and our manager said that I could record now. I was in the middle of one of our songs when the door opened. It was Louis. I stopped what I was doing and walked out of the studio.

"What are you doing here?", I asked.

"I thought we were friends", Louis said, "wait, forget friends. We're the closest people in the group. And, when you slept with Megan, you couldn't tell me?"

"You're mad at me for that?"

"Yeah, I think what you did was wrong, and Niall should never speak to you again, but that's not why I'm mad. We tell each everything. The fact that I wasn't the first person to know really hurts. It's like we're not even close anymore".

I sighed.

"Well, I guess it's time that you know".

Louis sat down and waited for me to continue.

"Megan and I never slept together".

His eyes got wide, but I kept going.

"It was all a misunderstanding. You would've known that before now, but you were too busy being mad at me".

"Wow, I'm sorry. The things that I said to you were horrible. I should've heard the whole story before I passed judgement".

"Don't worry about it. You weren't the only one".

"So, that's good news, right? Once you and Megan tell the Niall the truth, everything should-".

He noticed me shaking my head, and he stopped talking.
