Megan POV
"Are you serious?"
"I didn't think you would believe me. Have you heard of him? He's from One Direction".
"I'm familiar", I said, trying not to give anything away.
Niall had never mentioned anyone that he had dated before me. I assumed that if he didn't mention her, then they weren't serious. But, from what Parker was saying, they sounded pretty serious to me. She had some deep feelings for him. I just wanted to know if he felt the same way about her.
"Does this Niall guy know how you feel?"
She shrugged.
"I don't know. I know that he broke up with me because he was still in love with his ex-girlfriend. I wonder if they're still together".
"I don't think they are". "
How would you know?"
Was now the time to tell her? No.
"I heard it....around".
She shrugged again and didn't say anything.
"You know what? Come with me. I need to take you somewhere".
I grabbed her hand and drove to Niall's house. I saw lights on inside, so I knew he was home.
"How did you know where Niall lives?", she asked getting out of the car.
"I'll tell you inside".
I called Niall's name once and then walked in.
"What are you doin....?"
He stopped when he saw Parker walking behind me.
"Uh, how do you two know each other?"
"Sit down", I said to the both of them.
They look confused, but they did as I said.
"Parker, I used to date Niall. We dated for a long time actually. The girl that he was still in love with was me...I'm assuming".
I looked at Niall, and he nodded.
"You're the Megan that he always spoke so highly of?"
I blushed and nodded.
"Why did you two break up?"
I looked down at the ground.
"She slept with someone else", Niall chimed in.
I rolled my eyes.
"Really? I would never think about cheating on Niall".
I rolled my eyes again.
"How do you know Parker?", Niall asked me.
"I met Parker a couple of weeks ago".
"She was outside of my house crying, and I invited her in", Parker said, "wait. Were you crying over Niall?"
I avoided eye contact with both of them.
"Anyway, Parker keeps mentioning to me that she isn't over one of her exes. Today, she told me that it was you".
"You still have feelings for me?", Niall asked.
She nodded. I pretended like I didn't care.
"Okay, Niall. Do you have feelings for Parker?"
He looked at her. I silently prayed that he said no.
"A little", he answered.
"What?", Parker and I asked at the same time.
