"If there is anyone in attendance who has cause to believe that this couple should not be joined in marriage, you may speak now or forever hold your peace-"
Just as the minister spoke his last syllable, the church doors flew open. Half standing in the middle of the aisle, a drunken brunette with an open bottle of alcohol in her hand, stumbled forward into the church.
"I for one," She swallowed, her eyes staring daggers at the blonde in white that was to be married, "...don't think these two thought this through."
Justin closed his eyes, expelling a grand amount of air from his lips. You'd of thought he'd pass out.
Beside him stood Monica, who turned around with the sickest of expressions at the woman that was now behind the two of them.
"Naomi, please." Justin pleaded, his eyes softening toward her. "Don't do this."
She felt a jab at her heart. How could he plead her to let him marry someone else he didn't even love? Her bottom lip began to quiver, her eyes glossing over the beautiful white gown that Monica had been dressed in. The lace pattern sewn on her arms that open as it reached her shoulders.
The dress was beautiful. And so was Monica, she couldn't lie to herself.
It was in that split second that a tear fell onto her cheek.
Ripping the vail from atop Monica's overly done hair, she threw it at Justin.
At this time, the minister took the moment to speak but was cut off by two men who'd already had their arms around Naomi's, dragging her backward out of the church.
The scene was blurred enough to keep her from saying a word more to the black and white orbs that turned their backs away from her.
