They Losers did not hang out in a group for about a month. The Kaspbraks would hang out with Richie or Stan, Beverly practiced on her keyboard, Bill wasn't doing much, Ben was at the library, and Mike was at his house. Richie and Ella went to Stan's Bar Mitzvah, Eddie couldn't go because his mom wouldn't let him, Bill stayed away from Richie and Beverly stayed away from Ella, until one day in August. Richie and Ella were at the arcade hanging out without Eddie because he had to go to the pharmacy for his pills. Bill proceeds to walk into the arcade, Ella notices.
"Rich." She whispers to him, he looks over at Bill and rolls his eyes.
"You see this Bill? I'm pretending it's you." Richie says referring to the screen of his player punching the other in the face, Bill ignores the comment.
"It got Beverly." He said. Ella looked at him.
"What did? Aids? Eddie tried to warn us about the bathroom germs." She shrugs not thinking about what he even said.
"No! It E-Ella It got Beverly." Bill exclaimed.
"Fuck." Richie sighed.
"I'll call Eddie." Ella says and go to the arcade telefone. Bill and Richie tell her they'll meet her at the Well house when she get Eddie. SHe nods and calls her brother.
"Hello?" Eddie asks on the other line.
"Eddie we need you. I'll explain on the way." Ella says fast.
"Okay..." He agreed shakily and they hung up. She skated quickly to her house, the arcade isn't far away from her house. She arrives and she sees him running out of his house her mom screaming at him,
"Don't do this to me Eddie!" She yelled. Eddie sees his sister and he runs with her for a few house passed their own. Ella gets off her skateboard and gives him a hug.
"Eds, what was that about?" Ella asks Eddie. He frowns.
"Mom, my pills, they're bullshit." He says Ella's eyes go wide.
"What? They're bullshit? Mom had us believe you actually needed them."
"I know, wait where are we going?"
"It got Beverly, Bill told Rich and I."
"Bill? Beverly? Don't you guys hate each other because of what happened last month?"
"I could never hate Bill, we've been best friends for nine years, Beverly did as little as flip Richie off but we have to save her still."
"You're a good friend sis." Eddie smiled, Ella smiled back, she frowned when she looked at his cast with LOSER written on in with the S changed in a V.
" Hey, who did this to your cast?" Ella asked, Eddie looks away.
"Greta did it." He replies embarrassed.
"That bitch. She's picked on Beverly and I too, don't feel special." Eddie laughs.
"Alright well let's go monkey." Eddie says and Ella nods. Ella left her skateboard at her house so they race to the Well House.
"Kaspbraks are here." Ella announces when they get to the Well House. The Losers are there too, minus Beverly of course. They all nod as a greeting to the Kasbraks but Richie walks over to them to say hi.
"Guys, spikes," Bill said while picking up some spikes for weapons. Richie held up a glass bottle he found on the ground and smashed it over a post. He realized it was too short and dull to work as a weapon so he haphazardly tossed it down. Eddie unfastened his fanny pack and threw it as far as he could. Ella was happy he wasn't as scared anymore. Bill then opened the door to the Well house slowly. They all entered but Stan stayed put.
"Hey Stan? Aren't you gonna come in?" Ella asked, "We all have to go if we all want to live." She convinced and took his wrist as he walked hesitantly. They approached the well,
"Hey Eddie, got a quarter?" Richie asked.
"I wouldn't wanna make a wish in that fucking thing," Eddie replied.
"Beverly?" Ben called out while we were looking deep down the well.
"Hey slut!" Ella yelled getting gasps.
"What the hell?" Richie asked.
"Maybe if she's mad she'll yell at me! I was joking shit. I can't have fun?"
"You're retarded." Richie jokes kinda laughing.
"I'm all for comedy but how are we supposed to get down there?" Mike asked.
"Aqui Senor." Ella says pointing her flashlight to some ropes not to far from her.
"Are you sure you're not Richie's twin sister?" Stan asks me, she rolls her eyes playfully and hand the ropes to Mike. He tied a knot and put it on the old hook that hung above the well. The rest of the rope followed. Mike tugged on the rope making sure it wouldn't unravel.
"I'll go first." Ella says and grab the rope traveling down and into an opening. Bill followed and so did everyone else. Mike was last, he was still up there counting his bullets. Suddenly they see Henry Bowers head and hear Mike scream. Henry pulled up the rope so nobody could get out. Ella took the nearest hand should could find.
"Get the rope, get the rope!" Eddie screamed, it was her brothers hand.
"Shit!" Ella yelled when it reached the top.
"You didn't listen to what I told you, did you? You should've stayed out of Derry. Your parents didn't, look what happened to them. I still get sad everytime I pass that pile of ashes. Sad, that I could've done it myself!" We heard Henry yell.
"Run Mike!" Ella yells up the well. We then hear a gun cocked.
"I sh-should get up there, I-" Bill started.
"What are you, fucking insane? With what?" Ella yells gripping Eddie's hand even tighter. They then heard the trigger being pulled.
"Please let that be Bowers head getting blown off." Eddie silently hopes. The next thing they can see is Henry get pushed deep into the well falling fast.
"Holy shit!" Richie yelled. Mike looked down the well at us.
"I'm okay guys. I'm alright." He said and sat the ammo on the well. One side was heavier than the other and the ammo fell down the well.
"Shoot!" Mike yelled as they fell.
"We can hardly catch a break." Ella sighs loosening her grip on Eddie's hand, he was holding hers just as tight. Mike gets into the hole too and Ella looks to Eddie then past him and her eyes go wide. Eddie notices of course,
"What?" He asks.
"Guys where the fuck did Stan go?" Ella asks getting worried for her paranoid friend.
