Johnny
I wasn't able to get that Kenzie girl out of my head all day. When I found out that I had hurt her I felt terrible... and for some reason I was heart broken when she was on the phone with that guy... but anyway it's 5 o'clock and we're all bored and hungry. We go upstairs and get some food.
"Oven pizza or a salad?" I asked.
"Pizza" Everyone said except Kenzie.
"I'll make myself a salad.." she said with a sigh.
We all nod. After we're done eating we go back downstairs.
"Who wants to loose to me in pool?" Kenz asks cockily.
"There is a whole other side of you isn't there?" Lauren asked and giggled.
"I'll play you." I said darling.
"Your on." She said.
We play pool and I lost. She does a little victory dance and Brynn joins her.
"You remembered." Kenz said surprise.
"Of course I remembered!" Brynn replied.
"You want to tell us something?" Annie asked.
"Me and Kenzie did dance together when we were young." Brynn said a little out of breath.
Kenzie starts laughing. We sit down on the couches that are down here, boys on one and girls on the other. Carson and Hayden started to talk about Lauren and Annie so I started daydreaming. I only woke up from it when I heard the girls laughing and squealing. I look over at them and see them teasing Lauren about something. I look away.
"Alright stop. What about you Kenz?" Lauren said.
"Yeah who's your crush?" Brynn adds on.
I look over and see Kenzie blushing.
"Come on Kenz, you can tell us. We're friends now." Annie nudged her.
She whispered and they all jumped up she put her head in a pillow.
"Even after what he did to you?" Lauren asked sitting back down.
Kenzie picked her head back up to shush her.
"Yes I never really blamed him. Right before I had dared him to chug 2 beers. I didn't think he would get drunk." She said.
"Yeah... Johnny could probably get drunk after one shot." She said laughing.
I took offense to that... even tho it was true. WAIT! Does that mean Kenzie likes ME?!
I snap out of my thoughts as they continued their conversation.
"So would you date John?" Annie asked.
"I don't know,.. I mean I don't think I'm ready for a relationship..." she said moving her hair in front of her face.
"Why not?" Brynn asked not noticing how uncomfortable she was.
"I don't really want to talk about it..." she said still looking down.
"Oh.., ok." Brynn said.
"How's your arm?" Lauren asked changing the subject.
