Reading In The Past: The Maze of Bones

Prologue

        

        There is a girl somewhere in the United States, who is reading a book called the Maze of Bones. She thinks about what would happen if people of the past (Book Past) were to read this. She came up with an idea, a crazy, but awesome idea. She snapped her fingers and disappeared. Guess where she went?

TO THE PAST!!!!!

Grace Cahill was just thinking about the whole Cahill family future of being combined. Then, suddenly, her doorbell rang. She went to open the door and found a girl who looked 12 years of age. The girl asked,"Are you Grace Cahill? My name is Gia."

Grace looked over Gia. She was wearing a plaid hunter-green skirt with a navy blue uniform shirt. Along with that, she had black glasses, a headband that matches her skirt and a blue and purple backpack.'She must have came from school'. Grace thought.

Grace replies,"Yes, I am. Oh, by the way, come in.(gesturing inside her mansion)"

Gia said,"Thank you. May I talk with you about something?(walks inside and Grace closes the door) It's about your Cahill family and future."

Grace looked alarmed and thought,'Who was this girl and how does she know about the future?'

Grace said,"I think it is better if we talk about it in the living room."

Gia agreed. While they were walking towards the living room, Grace couldn't help but be worried and she kept asking herself,'What does this girl know about the Cahill family, she couldn't possibly be a Cahill, though'

Little did Grace know that Gia had the power of telepathy and could read Grace's mind.

They sat down on a couch and Gia spoke up."I know you are wondering how I know about your family and future. The reason how I know is because of this (pulls something out of her backpack and it's a book. The title is the Maze of Bones.) and I am from the future. This book is the start of the 39 Clues and I know what branch you are in, Grace, as well as some of your secrets. I wanted to come here to show you what is going to happen during the Clue hunt."

Grace was shocked, because she never thought that she would actually use her alternate will, which probably intiated the Clue Hunt. She was surprised, because someone knew her branch, her secrets, and what happens during the hunt. She was snapped out of her shock, when Gia requested something.

"By any chance, can you gather up Hope and Arthur? As well as, Eisenhower, Mary-Todd, Cora, Broderick, Isabel, Alistar, Irina, and Mr. McIntyre. I want them to be here, so we can read the book. Tell them to hire babysitters for their children" 

Grace agreed, because this could probably reunite the Cahills. Though she will be cautious around Gia, she may seem trustworthy, but not a whole lot.

Everybody came to Grace's mansion.

Hey guys, Gia here. Just wanted to say that you finally get a new story, but I will not stop doing the other one, though. Post in the comments if you though this was a good intro. You will probably get another one today.
