Chapter 5

ADELE POV

I check my phone and it's 9:30 pm. I'm so tired. Today i had my volleyball try-outs. I saw Hayes watching me and i felt pretty uncomfortable because i was wearing shorts.

i was changing in the bathroom getting ready for my volleyball tryouts. When we started the try-outs i saw Hayes looking at me. I was pretty uncomfortable. He was distracting me so i told the coach if i could go to the bathroom just to get him out of my mind. When i went out of the bathroom he was standing there. I tried to go away but he stopped my. I told him to go away but he didn't listen. He was about to tell me something when Sophie (the schools slut) came and kissed him. He was signaling me to get her off of him so i did. "Whats wrong with you" she told me as she rolled her eyes."well you were kissing him and he was signaling me to separate you" i said. She got mad and walked away with her gang. They call them the plastics, they are four, the leader is Sophie. Marian, Ryan and Victoria were the other three. After that little encounter i went back to the gym and continued my practice. He also tried to talk to me this morning but i ran away. I am still kinda scared of him. I'm not that scared now because i was spying on him every day. The only reason i did this is because our room windows were right across each other. Sometimes when he had his curtains open i would peek out my window and look at him. I know it sounds creepy but don't worry i'm not a stalker i was just looking to see what he did during the day so i could know him better. It's not like i like him or anything, It's just that i want to be his friend but i am still kind of scared of him.
