9) Date Night

Jinyoung opened the door for Jaebum being the gentleman he is. Jaebum blushed at the simplest act.

Jinyoung was driving to a festival at the park. The car ride was silent although many glances were exchanged. It was silent but not awkward and uncomfortable.

They arrived at the festival not so long after. Jaebum got out and asked,"Jinyoungie why here?"

Jinyoung blushed at the nickname but brushed it off. "Live a lil you old grandpa." Jinyoung smiled as Jaebum chuckled.

Once they got in, Jinyoung rushed to the food area as he was hungry. Jaebum followed him like a child following his mom.

They settled on getting some street tacos and cotton candy after. When they finished eating, they threw their stuff away and Jinyoung locked their hands together to go buy tickets for the rides.

Jaebum could feel himself blushing madly. He was a teen falling in love again for the first time. He forgot all about Youngjae during all this and enjoyed his time.

"Hey bummie let's go on the ferris wheel." Jinyoung said excitedly.

"Not my kinda thing. No thank you."

"Too late." They were already in line for the ferris wheel.

They got into their capsule and settled down across from each other.

Jaebum kept staring at Jinyoung's features. His small face with squishy cheeks. His red lips. Oh how he missed those lips.

The ferris wheel started ascending as the fireworks at the festival started. Jinyoung looked at Jaebum with happiness in his eyes. But when he looked at Jaebum, all he saw were Jaebum's eyes on his lips.

He started worrying as he didn't know what Jaebum was going to do. Jaebum slowly leaned forward whispering, "Can I?"

Jinyoung slowly nodded and gulped. As soon as he nodded, Jaebum leaned forward and connected their lips for a short kiss and leaned back, but Jinyoung pulled Jaebum back in.

"I missed your lips so much Bummie."

They pulled away, catching their breaths.

The ride ended and the two got out of the capsule, hand in hand.
