Glasses, water, lunch."I should check again"
Glasses, water, lunch.
"What am I missing?"I felt the stress through my body, oh god I've never been so anxious!
Well, it probably was only in my mind, I had everything I needed and I was late, really really late.
I literally flew to the underground station.
Why is Italy so chaotic?
I entered in the wagon thank to my lucky star, but there were too many people. Hot, it was hot, I started to sweat.
The robotic female voice talked
"Next stop: Termini, left side exit"
As soon as the doors opened, almost got off the train and I found a free spot where to sit.I was really in Rome.
I was really studying in Rome for a whole year.I smiled, feeling the excitement on my skin.
I usually love to take public transport, I love the feeling of meeting people's eyes and taste a little bit of their lives just for a moment, wondering about what they think or what they do: there was a blonde girl with airpods in her ears, she had a sleepy face even if it was ten in the morning, maybe she had a good night with her friends, or maybe she spent all time studying; a teenage boy with a long dark coat was filling an exercise book of some school subject, was he worried about some kind of test? Or maybe he just forgot to do his homeworks...I was just guessing in my mind when my eyes were stolen by a guy, asian guy, with a book in his hands:
Introduzione alla sezione aurea
What was that? I didn't know a lot of italian, my favourite word was "orecchiette", so funny!
The boy was deep in his reading and I was in the middle of a shock: he was so beautiful, his face was sweet, a sugar face, his eyes brightened with a clever light behind the glasses.
Maybe he was an exchanging student too?The robotic voice talked again
"Policlinico"
Oh crap, my stop.Outside the underground the sun was showing his best side and the warm but not sticky air made me happy, I love the last days of summer before autumn.
Someone stepped on my foot
"Scusa"It was that guy, the clever looking guy, also good looking under the sunlight to be honest..
I smiled, not knowing what to say in italian and too scared to talk in english, but he didn't care at all, he went straight to the tram stop not even looking at my face, waiting again with that book open.
Guess I'll never see that cutie again.
I smiled anyway, oh damn I really was in Rome.
There were others from Korea, students as me, I was supposed to meet them for a sort of welcome ceremony, more like a meeting where university gives us tutors and directions about the academic year, exams and everyday stuff.
"Seokjin hyung!"
I rolled my eyes, they were screaming and everyone was looking in our direction."Taehyung, what did I say? Don't call me hyung here. Let's... try to absorb this culture a little bit, ok?"
He smiled and his cheeks became full and fluffy.
No one could resist his large funny smile."Ohie Taehyungie stop doing that stupid cute ass face! Everyone is looking"
The other boy, the short one, talked but he was too loud too, he gained the attention of a group of girls that was passing by, Jimin, that's the name of the boy, winked at them and the poor girls started to chuckle
Why are they like this?
They act like teenagers even if they're over their twenties..Both the boys giggled.
Some members of the group weren't there, I didn't know them, I didn't know their names yet.
I grabbed Jimin and Taehyung on their shoulders
"Ok you two, let's go to this presentation"________________
