Chapter 7 - Sunset

We walked under the Colosseum and Namjoon wanted me to take pictures of him, he was too cute to refuse.
The sun was kissing our skin and everything was on point, we talked a lot and I was absolutely comfortable with the most beautiful living thing in Rome.

"..and then he started a milk battle right in my living room, can you imagine my parents face?"
Namjoon was laughing with tears, he liked the story of when Taehyung and Jungkook had a fight on who had to go to buy banana flavoured milk.
"Jinnie what time is it?"
I loved the way he called me, I really really loved it.

"Summer time!"

He was confused and I was shocked.
"Kim Namjoon do you really didn't get the reference?"
He nodded and I acted melodramatic
"Well our relationship ends now, if you've never seen High School Musical I can't talk to you"

I turned my back to him with a fake offended attitude and maybe thanks to the red wine effect or because he forgot about that Claudia, he took me by my shoulders and looked into my eyes, just for few seconds without apparent reasons.
"Maybe we should see that movie together one day"
I was surprised, did he just..?
"Yeah, maybe, why not Namu?"
He blushed and kindly smiled to me
"Anyway, it's 7 pm"
I smiled too.

"Have you ever had an aperitivo seokjin? This is the perfect time"
I had no idea what was he talking about, but yes..
"Let's get that aperi-thing"
"Aperitivo."
"Oh you have to be clever all time?"
"It's not being clever, it's.."
I broke in laughs and he pouted, then I don't know why, but I couldn't resist to touch his little dimple.
I immediately regret it, he had a girlfriend, he didn't like me and I was fine with that, I was not so involved, he was a crush, nothing more.
But still...
No.
But he shyly took mi hand without looking at me
"I'll take you somewhere nice"
We hold hands for not so long because he wanted me to take a picture of him again and I was happy to do that.

Taetae
Hyung.. what are you doing?

Seokjinnie

Oh, have fun hyung! Call you later!

Seokjinnie
Everything ok Tae? is Jimin ok?

Taetae
Yeah, don't worry

Weird..

"Jin, everything alright?"
"Uh? Yup, just Tae"
"Your face.. is worried" he pouted
"And you're still high, aren't you?"
Again, his smile.
"Follow me Jinnie"

He took me on a sort of bar on a roof and ordered two drinks.
A man with a red shirt brought us some snacks and two glasses full of a ginger drink.
The sun was falling down, a light red light brightened Namjoon face, giving him a golden skin.
We talked about little stuffs as our favorite foods, I discovered that he's never eaten at a Korean restaurant
"Are you serious? No High School Musical and no Korean food? Why am I still here?"
He laughed and our hands touched, the tips of my fingers were shaking and I took my hand back..
He had a girlfriend.
The boy bite a piece of pizza quickly.
The drinks tasted like alcohol, god I was still a little bit high and so was Namjoon, but the mood was too enjoyable and every sips of that ginger thing made us less shy, well I wasn't shy but the cutie pie in front of me was shy as hell.
That drink tasted like fruits, but not like the sweet ones, the sparkly liquid in my mouth made my taste bud goin crazy and I wondered how was to taste also.. no.
Seokjin no.

Namjoon was too quiet, staring the chips on the table as they were the most interesting thing he's ever seen
His mouth was half open and his lips were brightened by the sweet sips he took.
I was deep, so deep in that Joonie world that I didn't notice that he was staring back at me, both in silence as we were lost in each other

Quietly the sun was falling down, quietly everything started to have the lines of a dream, quietly the wine and that aperi thing were taking over my mind, maybe our mind, a little bit more.
