Chapter 37

Jimin walked out of Jungkook's room and into the living room. "Oh... Kook, I thought you were in Hobi's room. You okay?" Jimin asked. Jungkook was seated on the couch, his arms folded across his chest. "Peachy."

Jimin furrowed his eyebrows as the younger laughed. "I can't believe I almost caved... I almost walked back in there and gave myself to you. But I heard you... You're going to go see Taehyung, aren't you?" Jungkook asked as he looked up at Jimin. The elder walked over to Jungkook and rubbed the nape of his own neck. "Yeah... he wanted to talk. But I can come back if you want."

Jungkook pointed at the door. "Go. Just don't come back. I hate the way you make me feel. You are the exact reason why I don't want to be in love." Jungkook stood up and walked up to Jimin. "You're pathetic. Running right over to him when he doesn't want you, Jimin! He's going to tell you that, again! But actually say it this time. He probably would of said it to you already if you hadn't of left when you did."

Jungkook shook his head. "Kook-" Jimin said as he tried to reach out for the younger's arm. Jungkook moved away. "You can go be pathetic and 'in love' somewhere else. You will not make me like you, Jimin. I'm not going to sit here and cry, wondering why you play with my emotions while you chase after Taehyung." Jimin furrowed his eyebrows. "You said you didn't like me-"

"Obviously I was lying! God, you're an idiot. I allowed myself to have a crush on you, but now that it's starting to get worse... and you're still in love with Taehyung..." Jungkook shook his head and moved towards the front door. "I will not be used by you." He laughed a bit. "You're like a dog that's unwanted by his owner, unconditional love. It's really something tragic." Jimin stepped up to him. "Jungkook-"

"Just fucking leave and be with Taehyung!" Jungkook shouted as he opened the door. Jimin walked over towards the door. "Jungkook, I didn't know." Jungkook stared at the elder. "You're such a liar, hyung. And a bad one at that. You knew, but it doesn't matter now. Just leave, please? I don't want to see you again."

Jimin walked out the door. "Oh, you owe me a hundred bucks still. I told you Taehyung was going to tell Yoongi. Give to Tae to give to me. Have a nice life, Park Jimin. I hope unrequited love was worth it." Jungkook said before he shut the door on Jimin's face, locking the door afterwards.

Jimin walked past the bar to his car. He groaned as he felt his pockets. He couldn't go back to Jungkook, now. He had forgotten he had given his keys and wallet to the younger. Jimin cursed under his breath before he started to walk back to his apartment.

Jimin walked into his apartment and sat on the couch next to Taehyung. "Hi." Jimin said. Taehyung smiled a bit. "Hi. Hyung, you didn't let me say anything after you confessed... I was serious about quitting and moving out. I already moved out actually..." Jimin sighed. "Tae? I think you were right..."

Taehyung furrowed his eyebrows. "About?" Jimin sighed. "How I feel about you... I just kind of fucked things up with Jungkook... and it hurt. Like it hurt more than seeing you and Yoongi-hyung together." Taehyung smiled warmly. "I was right... but oh my god! You're falling for Jungkookie?!" Jimin groaned. "Tae don't make it a thing please? He hates me and never wants to see my face again. But yeah I think I am. I can see myself with him... well I could... he made it pretty clear that whatever we had is over."

Taehyung shrugged. "Start something new?" Jimin looked at Taehyung and chucked. "You're adorable, but I just think I have to accept he's most likely the one that got away." Taehyung gently smacked Jimin on the back of the head. "You can still fix this, hyung!" Jimin sighed. "How? He's not like most people... he's not like anyone else I know." Jimin said with a small smile.

Taehyung giggled and hugged Jimin tightly. "This is so cute!!!!! Ugh! I'd say go back over there and get your man... but like you said, Jungkook isn't like most people. So, I think you should come to class early with me and confess to him there! Bring flowers, wear a tux or whatever, be cliché as fuck. He'll hate it." Jimin furrowed his eyebrows. "Tae... I'm trying to get him to give me another chance."

Taehyung waved him off. "Do that, but make sure what you say isn't cliché... too cliché? Please still be cute about it!" Jimin smiled and nodded. "Okay... I think I know what to say..." Taehyung smiled and hugged Jimin again as the door to their apartment opened. Yoongi walked in and glared at Jimin. Taehyung quickly got up. "Baby, Jimin doesn't- Babe don't!" Taehyung said as Yoongi tried to walk up to the younger.

Taehyung stepped in front of Jimin. "Yoongi-hyung! Calm down! We talked things out!" Yoongi gently pushed Taehyung down on the couch before he grabbed Jimin by his shirt and slammed him up against the nearest wall. "You fucking asshole. You knew how I felt about Taehyung before he and I ever even talked! Then you wait till after we're together to go after him?!"

Taehyung got up and tried to pull Yoongi off of Jimin. "Hyung, I'm sorry... I really am sorry for hurting you. I deserve this, it's okay." Jimin said as he braced himself for Yoongi's fist. Yoongi let go of him and put his arm down. "You're still my best friend, Jimin. You're like a brother to me... but you both really hurt me... I forgave Taehyung." Yoongi paused. "So I forgive you too."

Jimin smiled a bit and hugged Yoongi tightly. "I really am sorry, hyung." Yoongi patted his back as he hugged him back. "I know you are, Jiminie. I accept your apology." Yoongi stood back next to Taehyung and looked at him before he looked at Jimin.

"I mean I should know better then anyone that it's hard to resist all this." Yoongi said as he gestured to Taehyung's everything. Taehyung pouted as he looked up at Yoongi with big puppy eyes. Yoongi blushed and pointed to Taehyung's face. "See what I mean. I really want to kiss the crap out of him right now." Jimin laughed as Taehyung blushed. "I can't believe I wanted to break this up! You two are really cute together, what you have is beautiful, truly. Almost like you guys were destined to be together..." Jimin said with a sigh.

Taehyung and Yoongi looked at each other, they both turned red. Yoongi looked over at Jimin. "What's wrong?" Taehyung hugged Yoongi's side. "Jungkookie. They had a fight and Jiminie is scared to try and get him back... but he's gonna do it! Right, hyungie?!" Taehyung asked. Jimin sighed and nodded. "I'm gonna try."
